Story checks out. lol. I don’t like going too much over 2000 threshing hours. I planned on keeping my FD135 much longer but it burnt up. I have no issues hanging on to headers for a while
If you are willing to jump to a class 9 i would definitely recommend it the capacity difference is insane between an 8250 and 9250. Also we run 50ft macdons on the 9250s and they handle just fine. If you have the financial atuff to jump to a 9250 and fd250 i would say thag would be a great upgrade. If not u can alwys find a good 8250 and fd240 or 245
@@totaledmyGN yeah. Haven’t looked terribly hard yet. Don’t need it for this years taxes. Was interested in a 8250 at Bourassa in Weyburn. Just not gonna rush into anything yet. Lots of time.
Great video Devin
We are running a 2007 8010 with 5500 engine hours. Small lift cylinders with 40’ 2162. I plan on keeping it 3-5 more years.
@@timnichols9015 damn. I wish I could. I think if we had a good sized shop I would be more confident running longer.
@ My son is a tech at our dealer….. that’s my secret

I see Chicoine's has an 8250 with automation listed. Usually they have high prices but this one is priced reasonably.

Gotta go for the 8.90s or 9.90s at Bourassas. Dealers right there. Plus you know some good guys to get those things running top notch.
@@AxiomAcres I don't think anyone is going to need tax deductions the next couple years. lol
go to the barber shop hair cut and shave lol.
I got the haircut but he doesn’t do shaves. Probably would’ve clogged his sink with all of the dust and chaff
