Nah, there's not a single video missing. Like Josh said at the beginning, this video counts as the 98th, out of 98 videos so far, plus the unlisted video that is YET to be released. The reason TH-cam often says this playlist has some unavailable or hidden videos is because said video(s) are yet to be made public on this channel - much like the 99th one, as of now. At this point, I think everybody knows Josh doesn't release these runs just as soon as he's done streaming them. He instead spreads them thoughtout the week by setting up a date for each video to be be made available to the public once he starts uploading them. In other words, that's pretty much what TH-cam means when it gives you that warning, because the "unavailable" videos in the playlist are technically there; but you'll only get to watch them once the date Josh has set for them to be released on is due. As for the video you mentioned not being able to find, I believe it is the 90th video on this playlist, titled 'Can YOU Escape the Crazy House?' But otherwise known as Josh's "biggest pb EVVAARR". And finally, the timestamp for the 'Insinerator' mission is on the 17:17 minutes of that video, which I don't know about you, but to me, still appears just fine. …Now, call me a sadist, but that whole mission is still the funniest shit I've ever seen in a DYOM run yet.
