    I'm 58 and been working on cars for 40 years professionally now. (The time just flies by) I have worked with guys that had no scratch belts on but I never got one. After the project I am working on now I think I see a belt in my future. And maybe sell a few in the futre as well.Thanks for the great video. I always get great tips and good info from them.

    I'm making a foam prop knife right now and I had to drill holes from both sides with my dremel. They came out perfectly first try. I immediately said to myself "we've got a good pattern!" and it made me so happy.

    This is a great project for guitar players too. There’s a phenomenon known as “buckle rash” where over time, the player’s belt buckle scratches away at the finish of the back of the guitar.

    I am so making one of these for myself. My days of buckling my belt on my hip when I want to work on my car are finally over!

    @chuck dorsett. I have always been confused by the "digital pics" are these something we can print? Please say yes!!

      I'm not sure if you can print them. I usually pause the video and do a screen shot.

      If you click the link in the video descriptions there are downloadable patterns for most videos. The digital pic is there so Chuck can walk through the pattern in the video.

    Chuck, I want to know how to make a pocket without the threads showing, no stitches on the outside. I just can’t figure out how to do it correctly

    • @crystalhenington7222
      @crystalhenington7222 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      That sounds deeply challenging if you want it to last. But then again..
      . if you want to be like what america or china makes.. They sells glue. Glue is best..and then it falls apart soon so you need another one!
      Naaaaah dont do that!!
      Chuck dorsett teaches us how to make products that last generations. Thats what you want to sell

    Funny, all my belts are no scratch cause my tummy hangs over my belt.

    I dont understand how this belt closes on the prongs, as in what do the holes need to be for the buckle to latch?

    • @WeaverLeatherSupply
      @WeaverLeatherSupply  14 วันที่ผ่านมา

      The prongs slide into the adjustment holes and stay in place because of the "hook" like shape.

      @WeaverLeatherSupply ok.. so what is the spacing for those holes? And what size holes?
