Hi, Amana! First off, thanks for joining our membership. Glad this video came at the right time for you. You can't go wrong with either the laser or wheel method. Having both on hand isn't a bad idea. The laser will be your easiest option though.

It looks like the Amazon link for the laser is not working. Could you assist?

Have you guys had success with phone measurement apps such as 3D snap? I tried it this week during a site visit. Really great, it would be better if it had the capability/option to automatically generate a data dump file format compatible with excel. Still, it worked great as I was able to cross check my “tile-counting” dimensions against the 3D image. Granted, not optimal for commercial restrooms 😂

Thanks for the recommendation! We are in the process of developing our own app and that is great feedback that we can maybe incorporate into what we are building.

@@OctoCleanMedia yay!!! Please divulge it as soon as you have it ready! :) FYI - I’ve contacted your costumer service department requesting aid on commercial bidding. My understanding is you do offer consulting services for newcomers like myself, correct?

Question. Do I need to be careful about what chemicals I use on certain surfaces? For example, would I use your toilet cleaner from waxi on all toilets? Should I ask what type of floors an account has before I clean them?

Yes, yes, and yes! Always know what type of surface you are cleaning and read product labels to make sure they are safe to use. Most toilets are porcelain and can be cleaned by waxie's toilet bowl cleaners. In terms of floors, always know what type of surface it is. A neutral floor cleaner will work for most if not all.
