Beautiful bike I bought the same year model color etc. Engine needs rebuilding. Crankcase seals are bad smokes like an old freight train. Glad to see you working on yours
In this video I did show the diagrhams and part numbers for the pump components, inclduing the seals. In terms of sizes, without measuring the parts, I don't know what size they are. If you check the online parts diagrams available, you find the part numbers for the varous seals.
I have the same bike I bought it 42 years ago. It’s been sitting about 10 years. I cleaned it up fresh oil gas and new plug started right up. My concern is with the oil injection system, how do I know if it’s working? I was just going to run it with gas/oil mix but from what I’ve been reading I don’t think it would provide adequate lubrication. Since parts are hard to find I didn’t want to fuss with it if it ain’t broke! Any feedback would be welcome. Great videos by the way.
Hello Howard, I'm not a fan of running premix, especially if it involves disconnecting the original oil injection system. In over 50 years of working on these bikes, I have never seen a Japanese two-stroke oil system fail to pump oil. I've seen them leak, but never outright stop working. I'm sure it's happened, I've just never experienced it. Is the bike smoking at all? If it is, it's very likely getting oil. The one sure way to tell is loosen (not totally remove) one of the oil line banjo fittings at the engine, after the pump, and with the engine running see if oil weeps out of the fitting. If it does, you're in business. If you'd rather not loosen a banjo fitting, an alternative is to run mild premix in the fuel. Say a 50:1 with a modern oil, though if the oiling system is working, this will cause the bike to run oil-rich and smoke a bit.

Thanks for the comment, Larry...
Nice job as always!
Thank you, Pete...
Thanks for the help very informative
You're welcome...
Sir I will appreciate if you also mention oil seals sizes and number. All the best in life.
