Fabulous. I never would have thought to add the alizarine from the very beginning.
Now going to try one this way! You can do one wet on wet (use air tight jars to mix your paints) then on pallet have your Alizarin & add “drops” to slowly change the color!

Hi thank you a great tutorial. I notice it didn't look as if you stretch your paper first can you tell me how the paper didn't cockle given the amount of water you put into it?
