for anyone that still does not get this to work you still need to enable virtualizations in the bios... this is a bit misleading, Hyper V is a virtualization platform in windows and will not work if virtualization is not enabled in your bios.

My father brought this PC we have (Mac Mini 7,1 A1347) to a workshop, he changed it from the Apple iOS to the Windows OS through some file, so the original iOS isn't permanently deleted. Please, no error encountered. Just that, after the system restarted and I checked to see whether the virtualization was now enabled...I was disappointed to see it's still not enabled. Meaning, the method in the video didn't work for enabling my Windows 10 virtualization.
