there is hyper v option available in my program and features but I can only check the Hyper v Management tools..I can not check the Hyper v platform option..what to do ?

Dont worry. Follow the process one by one again. Check the task manager whether VT is enabled. If disabled, then disable VT in BIOS and Hyper V again. Then save the changes and restart the system and again go to BIOS to enable VT and then Hyper V.
