    집에 발뮤다 토스터기 뿐이라서..좌절하다가 빵은 또르띠아로 대체했어요. 두세장 깔고 소스랑 치즈 듬뿍 하니 남편이 넘 맛있다네요.감사합니다. 토마토소스 레시피가 아주 좋아요. 전 토마토 껍질도 건강에 좋을 것 같아서 믹서로 갈아서 넣었어요. 집에 토마토 퓨레 있어서 좀더 넣었구요. 건강에 좋은 피자가 완성되었어요. 발뮤다 250도에서 2분 예열후 7분 정도 굽습니다

    저 이거 따라하고 성공했습니다 아이가 기다리기 힘들어해서 발효 1시간 마저 못 하게 했는데 피자빵 정말 맛나네요^^ 너무 간단하고 맛있어요 담에 또 해봐야 겠어요 이스트가 낯선 재료인것 빼고는 최고간단 맛보장입니다

    덕분에 제대로 장비도 없는 가정집에서 화덕피자를 다 해 먹어 봤네요😊 스톤도 없어서 사야하나 했는데 무쇠팬에 바닥 익힌 후에 구우니까 정말 다 익고 맛나더라고요! 정말 감사합니다!!

    인님 레시피덕분에 피자 성공적으로 됐어요 펜에 바닥면 굽는게 신의 한수였습니다 가정용오븐은 바닥예열이 안되자나요 펜에 1차 굽고 오븐 넣으니 화덕피자인거마냥 텍스처가 놔왔어요 감사합니다 구독 좋아요 했어용❤❤

    this pizza looks so delicious but, as an italian, i have to say that we *dont* put ketchup in the sauce !!
    we only use tomatoes and salt

      I know its not traditional but do try it once... For some reason, it gives a roundness to the sauce and tastes really beautiful.

    Italian and Korean tomatoes taste different. So we should use Italian tomato sauce to make it taste Italian pizza, but if we can't, a little additional ketchup would make the flavor richer and stronger.

    Тесто-супер. На приготовление теста уходит минимум времени, а какое мягкое и пузыристое, даже на второй день. Теперь только этот рецепт для пиццы!!! Взяла в свои любимые рецепты.

    소스만 참고해서 만들었습니다! 바질도 없고 오레가노도 없고.. 하고 찾아보다가 이탈리안 시즈닝이 있더라고요???? 그래서 2작은술 넣었더니 진짜 파스타소스 냄새 납니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 소스 양을 많이 해서 ㅎ.. 에그인헬도 같이 해먹으려고요~~

    Si se extiende la masa en un mesón con sémola , truco de pizzaiolo.napolitano, la pizza desarrollará un "pie" una base crujiente que le dará a esta excelente receta de pizza un toque muy especial en la mordida.
    Si se deja la masa envejecer en la nevera hasta 48 horas se obtiene una masa con un sabor extraordinario.

    해봤는데 토마토 속에 수분 씨 부분은 빼고 해야 할 듯해요 30분 넘게 졸여도 물이 흥건ㅜㅜ 토마토 그냥 뜨거운 물 부어주면 잘 까짐

    따라해봤는데 소스는 시판용 사는게 훨씬 나을 것 같아요 ㅠ 제가 만든 소스는 일단 색깔도 진하지 않았고 졸여도 수분이 많아 나중에 피자 자를때 물이 흥건했어요.. 프라이팬에 도우 구울 때도 코팅 있는 팬린데 타버려서 그을린 얼룩이 남았네요 재료비만 해도 토마토 만원, 치즈 7천원, 바질잎 등등 2만원정도 들었는데 망해서 슬퍼요 🥲

    예전 유행했던 유리오븐이라 밑에 색이 안나와서 먼저 오븐에 구운 후 꺼내 후래이팬에 살짝 구웠는데도 맛 최고~엣지색도 이렇게 안나와도 맛은 굿~일단 반죽맛이 넘 좋아요~😊❤ 근데 가장자리 올라오게 피는게 생각보다 어려워요ㅎㅎ 열심히 노력해야겠어요~😅

    I loved the video. The idea to make the dough the previous night makes the process so much less tiresome. And i know most comments are saying a big no to ketchup in pizza sauce, but believe me guys, even if its not traditional, try it once. You will feel why haven't we been doing this before?

    Dough looks good, I'm gonna give that a try. For the sauce though it's easier to use tinned San Marzano tomatoes, blitz them a little and add some salt.

      안녕하세요 우선 제 영상을 좋게 봐주셔서 정말 감사합니다
      1. 소스양은 4~5개 만들 양입니다. 반으로 줄이시고 만들면 맞을 거예요
      2. 반죽은 피자 2개 분량이며 만약 4개 만들려면 재료 양을 2배 늘려주시면 됩니다 (발효 시간은 같음)
      3. 화덕팬은 피자삽 말씀 하시는건가요? 피자삽은 물어보시는 분들이 많을 것 같아 더 보기 란에 링크 걸어뒀습니다

      해보셨나요? 저 에프로 했는데 엣지부분이 두껍다보니.. 소스만 바르고 먼저 굽거나 혹은 소스 없이 먼저 좀 구워주고 굽거나 해야할거같더라구여.. 소스 바르고 나서는 180도 이상 하면 소스 부분이 타구요 최대180도까지 가능하고 170~180도로 하면 괜찮은거같아요 근데 엣지부분은 여전히 모르겠어요 중앙부분이랑 두께가 다르다보니.. 엣지도 얇게 해야 열전달 시간이 비슷할거같아요

    이분 신기한게 설창 이스트 소금 각각 따로 분리 안하고 한번에 걍 섞어만드시는데도 엄청난 비주얼이심..@@! 원래 분리 안해도 상관없나요?~

    저희 집에 오븐이 없어서 그런데 에어프라이어에 해도 될까요? 된다면 에어프라이어 최고 온도가 200도라서요. 그 온도도 괜찮을까요?

      에어프라이어로도 가능은 한데 뜨거운 바람으로 익히는 방식이라 식감에서 조금 차이가 날 수 있습니다.

    I am italian and I was watching the video for the very nice dough. I have a simple bit of advice for the sauce, though: after you remove it from the stove, you can toss it straight in the bin!!!!!! Well done with the dough!!!!
