I watch almost all of my videos at 2 or 3x speed these days but I cannot get myself to speed up Inga's videos. They're so warm and I love every second of it
My mom used to make something similar, but instead of having a sauce, she would put brie in thee middle of the napa mille feuille so that it would be like a dip for the cabbage and pork!!! I would recommend
Inga, Your smile when you flip the pancake is EVERYTHING !!! Any and all consternations of the week were Instantly erased. Thank you for sharing your Food Happiness with us !!
Has anyone else noticed that Inga & Alvin’s videos have a similar feel to them? Aesthetic shots, low-if music, and ASMR-esque audio, sometimes with small bits of commentary from the creator. Its a great style & I love both their videos! I’m judging wondering if anyone else noticed this, or if I’m just new to the relaxing cooking videos scene! 😅
Ohhh Napa mille feuille is a must in our house when the temps drop. I always add enoki mushrooms and wedge them in between the random spaces to add to the broth. SO good and so comforting. Also, thank you for making videos. Whenever you upload, I always make sure I set aside time to relax as they're always so relaxing to watch and listen to.
Thank you for making such calming and inspiring content. Gives me all the warm happy vibes and makes me want to make all my Japanese comfort foods like satsuma age and sukiyaki
And with napa mille-feuille, I like to cook them with simple dashi stock and eat them with ponzu sauce as a dipping sauce, very bright and delicious! Also goes well with rice~~
Inga, you make such special content. I don't know how to describe it exactly, chill? Soulful? But it's such a joy. I've been having a really stressful year and some days I just come here to play Animal Crossing and watch your videos, cause it's like having a quiet, cool friend around 😊✨💕
I always look forward to your videos. Their so calming. I love the ones where you talk in them. I find your voice very calming and therapeutic in a way :)
I remember seeing the cabbage and pork dish for the first time when you made it in an ATE video! Been dying to try. Thanks for the comforting video as always, Inga :)
It's super good, and super simple to make, plus you can adapt the sauce in a variety of ways. And honestly, I've made it like, three or four times now, and aside from the first, I didn't even try to layer it nicely, just mixed the cabbage and pork in there relatively evenly. Last time, I even added some sliced daikon in, and it was amazing.
I recently watched this video again (cuz why not) and tried the flaking technique for scallion pancakes It tasted much much betterrr, the texture is just amazing!!!
hi inga! i hope you are okay, i saw your ig reel/story last time.. i miss your videos, its verg relaxing! im just binge watching all your videos now, to help me relax
thanks inga for the therapeutic content you put out. they are so calming and I love getting inspo from your meals, as a home cook as well. please post these more often, I love the editing style :)
Hi,Inga! I love your blogs about preparing foods. You are so amazing. I started to watch your blogs cause of English. But I like U how U speak English, your manner, your accent.❤️🇰🇿
Loved the video Inga! What kind of tea do you use for HK milk tea? And where did you get that donabe pot? I didn’t see you soak it before so I’m guessing it’s glazed on the inside? Thanks❤️
You don't need any special or expensive tea because Hong Kong cafés add things like lemon, honey, sugar, and milk, which would be a waste of fancy tea. Often times big brand tea in bags is used. Just use a nice strong black tea.
Something about your videos remind me of a cross between Animal crossing and Minecraft. so peaceful and relaxing and the food is always amazing looking, S tier. Love your videos
always add a bowl of rice and a beaten egg to the left over hot pot or mille feullie broth for a porridge. it soaks up all the goodness and makes an extra meal.
Anytime I see a video of yours up…instant click. Your content is so good, so peaceful, and so fun!! Thank you!! Also what is the pot you cooked the Napa in called?
You also can try tea with condensed milk, and then do the "teh tarik" style. Basically rapidly transfer the milk tea into another cup with skill and efficiency. After that you will get the most requested milk tea in Malaysia
I love milk tea too. I think I like it better than coffee but I drink coffee more often because I can make coffee way stronger. I don't put sugar in my tea or coffee though.
The hong kong tea is actually called as Chai in India. You can add green cardamom and fennel seeds to the tea, and a inch of ginger to the boiling water and follow the process of adding the milk. It will taste amazing with spicy pancakes.
Hi Inga! This looks so delicious! I forget how much I enjoy your videos!! My husband really wants to try your dishes!! Lol wish me luckkkk! I really want to try this dish!! What pork cut do you use? How much of each ingredient are you using for the feuille sauce? Also what liquid are you adding? Thanks you!!! 🥰
Inga!!! I just made the napa mille feuille and it was bombbb, I was surprised how easy and quick it all came together! I went a little crazier with the sauce, added laoganma, soy sauce, sesame oil, kbbq marinade lol, but thanks for sharing, will definitely keep in my weeknight rotation :')
I love scallion pancakes, will definitely try it like this! What was the sauce made with? I see I think chilli paste or oil second? But I don't know what the thick, dark sauce was
Why are you so wholesome! T_T I'm like the walking definition of an a**hole but your videos are like so soothing and warm to me, I'm like...I should be a better person lol. Also loved that you seasoned your eggs when adding them to the scallion pancakes, I never usually add anything afraid the extra ingredients will burn it
Hello sister Lnga, thank you for bringing us such a good video👍, I am from Taiwan, I am a primary school student and I am learning English, So every time I watch the video of Sister Lnga, I am very happy because not only can I learn You can also see Sister Lunga cooking in English~ So I will always support you~.
I'm drooling right now. But as someone outside the USA/Asia. What are those wraps/pancakes that you use (they came pre-packaged)? Also, thank you for the mention of Street Food on Netflix. That's gonna be a good watch I recon.
Nah try tea with condensed milk even BETTER !! That's how our milk tea is made here in Malaysia 🇲🇾 We have those scallions egg pancake/roti with dhall or curry AWESOME breakfast 💕
Inga how do you store evaporated milk and condensed milk after the first use? They come in tin cans and I always struggle with the best way to keep them fresh after opening
Thanks inga for all the therapeutic content you put out. Really makes my day better

same but i still do 1.5 xD
How do u 3x on TH-cam.
I like how Inga was so happy like her successful scallion pancake flip @1:52 was such a win, but just casually does it again the next second.
I double up on the scallion pancakes with egg in the middle, then drizzle kewpie mayo and okonomi sauce for a simpler okonomiyaki-style breakfast 😊
Man Inga gotta be one of the cutest things in the whole world, i could sit and watch her cook stuff for hours with no complaining
My mom used to make something similar, but instead of having a sauce, she would put brie in thee middle of the napa mille feuille so that it would be like a dip for the cabbage and pork!!! I would recommend

Just a PSA, you can also get those fruit honeys from Teso! I was so happy when I found it here in NY. I also thought I could only get those in Japan.
Thank you for the PSA! Those look so good! ❤️

@@sharonyang8822 I think I've just used dashi powder, a little soy sauce, grated ginger, and maybe mirin.

I love HK milk tea also but don’t know how to make it traditionally. Would you be willing to share the tools you use and where to get the tea leaves?
sky castle was really good and that theme is iconic lol
Hey inga can you link what you use for the HK milk tea?? :) and also the honey set 😍
Just a suggestion, you could do a pulled milk tea/coffee next time. It makes it frothy and also intensifies the flavour.
Congratulations on your channel
Cheers from San Diego California
was it hoison sauce that you mixed with chili garlic sauce to make the sauce for your scallion pancake?
I love your videos! Where did you get this silk stocking milk tea steeper? Would love to have a home setup!
Nah try tea with condensed milk even BETTER !! That's how our milk tea is made here in Malaysia 🇲🇾 We have those scallions egg pancake/roti with dhall or curry AWESOME breakfast 💕
