**আপনাদের প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী মাংস মসলায় মেরিনেড করে ২ দিন পর্যন্ত ফ্রীজের নরমাল চেম্বারে রেখে দিতে পারেন
**যদি চিকেন দিয়ে করতে চান বিরিয়ানি টা তাহলে এই প্যাকেট মশলার বদলে বম্বে বিরিয়ানির মশলা দিয়ে মেরিনেড করবেন এবং ৩ ঘন্টার বদলে ২ ঘন্টা রাখবেন
বাকী প্রসেস সেইম
**গরু মাংস দিয়ে করলে সেইম রেসিপি ফলো করবেন
**মাইক্রোওয়েভে সম্ভব নয় এটা রান্না
Ingredients:

1.5 kg goat meat
4 cups polau rice (Basmati/kalijeera/gobindo vog)
4 tbsp & 1 tsp salt
1 pack of Mutton Biriyani ready mix spice
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1/2 cup onion paste
2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 tsp meat tenderizer/ 1 tsp green papaya paste
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup fried onions
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 tbsp kewra water
5 medium potatoes
Pinch of food color
1 bay leaf
2 cinnamon sticks
1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter)
1 cup milk

আপু, আমি স্কটল্যান্ডে থাকি। গত পরশু ওভেনে বিরিয়ানি রান্না সার্চ দিয়ে আপনার রেসিপিটি পেয়েছি। আজ রান্না করলাম, খুবই ভয়ে ভয়ে ছিলাম কেননা এর আগে আমি জীবনেও কাচ্চিবিরিয়ানি রান্না করি নি তা-ও আবার ওভেনে! আলহামদুলিল্লাহ অনেক ভালো হয়েছে এবং আমার ফ্যামিলির সবাই অনেক প্রশংসা করছে 🥰 এতো চমৎকার রেসিপিটি আমাদের সঙ্গে শেয়ার করার জন্য আপনাকে ধন্যবাদ। আল্লাহ আপনাকে আর আপনার পরিবারকে ভালো রাখুন ❤️

ধন্যবাদ এই ভিডিওটার জন্য। আপনার এই রেসিপিতে আমি একটু পরিবর্তন করেছি। সেটা হলো পিয়াজ বাটার পরিবর্তে বেরেস্তা একটু বেশী করে দিয়েছি। তবে বাকীটা আপনার রেসিপি অনুযায়ী। সবাই খুব ভাল হয়েছে বলেছে । এই রেসিপি ফলো করে আমি ক্যাটারিং এর অর্ডার ও পাচ্ছি।

Incredible recipe. I made small changes which worked for me. I thought the mutton biryani mix was too spicy the first time I cooked it so I used the pilau biryani mix to marinate the meat. I doubled the recipe and decreased the rice to 6 cups and cooked it at 300 for an hour and then decreased it to 275. IT WAS INCREDIBLE. Thank you for making such an easy kacchi biryani recipe. I had lots of bedeshi neighbors come and gobble it all up. I was worried that they were going to eat it before my husband came home! So so great. I will save this one to pass on to my kids.

I actually tried that. Honestly the 3 hours was too much and the meet kinda burned but trial and error will make it perfect. Want to thank you for making a very easy recipe. It tasted just like kacchi. Since my husband is from Puran Dhaka, he said a lot of black paper is a must and cumin powder...which I did put but not a lot. I'll try it next time... thank you...everyone should try this recipe....
