imagine hanging out at the mall for a few hours with your friends and watching some guy constantly go back and forth the halls being pursued by an old lady XD how confused they must be not knowing that's no ordinary lil old lady
Every store I worked in the mall had an exit of the storage room or back room. That exit led to corridors that ran through the mall. There were also a few entrances directly from mall area to those corridors.
The "how could you be first if others are there already" is the only dumb thing i find about this story but aside from that, it was fine :D (and i was most excited to hear hows the reunion going to go
That was absolutely beautiful. Who wouldn't give up everything and play such a game so they could see the person that they loved just one more time even if it was only for an hour. I know I would do it. Thank you for reading that story it really hit home. Your voice is gentle and kind. Well done.

Had a migraine and was listening with the screen off and I had to hop back on to just commend the insanely good voice acting as well as the author this story really made me feel something and I’m looking forward to more from this author
It was such an obvious twist that I'm glad they didn't reveal the price. Personally, I was expecting the twist to be that Abigail wondered the afterlife as in Spectre's universe, became a class 3-4 demon and she was the hunter this entire time.
Bro, this story shattered me. The lengths that the guy is willing to go to for the love of his life is just amazing. And that last scene was just chef's kiss. I was crying the whole time.
I never imagined that someone named Jonathan who is a narrator for horror stories would help me with my insomnia help me relax the stress I can’t even tell you how therapeutic this channel is for me and I just am blown away that it is actually helping me it’s such a strange thought thought all of it but I can’t say enough that when I see that blue dot on the lighthouse horror icon and I know there’s a new story I always sleep so good love the new story love the dreams it gives me everything about it thank you so much
I caught myself feeling the same way I do whenever I listen to the story that Lighthouse Horror performed "I Met a Strange Man At a Bar To Sell My Soul." And then that very same music that was LH used at the end of that story. Wow this story hit me right in the feelz.

This has all the wonderful elements of a game horror story - it’s simple enough that you could play it, the rewards worth it, and, like all true horror - beautiful. For real, I would love to hear a wendigo or skin walker story, I once researched old legends and folk tales from my ancestral roots and those creatures are scary as hell. Definitely would not want to see one in real life, granted skin walkers would be better to face in real life cause as long as you don't bother them and leave right away, they won't bother you.

This is hands down the best story you've told. I'm not gonna lie, this one got me teary eyed. What man worth his loyal salt wouldn't do this to see his lovely deceased wife once more. Masculine Resolve and love at its humanitarian finest.
I could feel this on a personal level I been struggling for 5 years due to my brother being murdered and I spoke with a medium a few weeks ago got to speak with him and he basically told me the same thing that I’ll be okay ! Live my life and enjoy it while it’s there and he will be there for me when it’s my time to see him again it’s the best feeling in the world to be at peace when you have faced debilitating grief

I have no idea who made the music for this video but at 46:13 it starts playing and it’s so memorable to FFX soundtrack for the ending theme. I had to go back and relitsen to the ending cause I kept getting distracted. Whoever did this music well done it’s at a FF level.
This was such an emotional piece. I've never listened to a CP that got me in shambles. I wish we could mainstream funding to our CP writers just as we do our narrators. Reddit CP writers are some of the most talented this world has to offer.

As a person who might lose one of my best friends due to being injured in his military service, this honestly made me feel good. Being able to imagine that even if you lose someone, they're waiting for you to come to the other side too, but, only once you've managed to live your life to the fullest.

I was widowed almost 5 yrs ago ( after almost 20 & raising 2 younger generations together) & ABSOLUTELY grief put me in a deep dark place & the heart doesn't ever totally heal! I’m not gonna get sappy here. I believe that Lighthouse may be the best narrator ever. He can make me laugh, cry and then fill me with rage and sometimes all these emotions at the same time. I know I’m sounding like a mellow dramatic fool but this is simply my opinion. Others are going to disagree but I don’t think I’m wrong. I absolutely love this guys narration skills. He is perfect for me. Period. Okay now that I got that out of my system, I thought it was going to be a little bit different but I loved the story nonetheless. My god that was absolutely beautiful and heartbreaking, loss of a loved one is a pain that no one understands until it happens to them and a pain that never goes away, you just learn how to live with it, I was so scared that the price he'd have to pay with talking to her was that he'd never get to see her again in the afterlife, I'm so glad it didn't end that way tho.
This is just beautiful, and I feel like this has a message, a message that tells anyone who needs it, that message being “Don’t be sad when they were gone, be happy when they were around” or “Don’t ever give up just because you lost someone you loved so dearly”, I feel like the second one is the message that’s most likely presented here but it could be both messages I had put and even if it doesn’t have a message, it’s just so gorgeous and wholesome
phenomenal story and story telling, never once did I think to pause and find another story like I had so many others and the ending was bitter sweet. I even felt myself tear up a bit.

My god that was absolutely beautiful and heartbreaking, loss of a loved one is a pain that no one understands until it happens to them and a pain that never goes away, you just learn how to live with it, I was so scared that the price he'd have to pay with talking to her was that he'd never get to see her again in the afterlife, I'm so glad it didn't end that way tho.

This is just beautiful, and I feel like this has a message, a message that tells anyone who needs it, that message being “Don’t be sad when they were gone, be happy when they were around” or “Don’t ever give up just because you lost someone you loved so dearly”, I feel like the second one is the message that’s most likely presented here but it could be both messages I had put and even if it doesn’t have a message, it’s just so gorgeous and wholesome
phenomenal story and story telling, never once did I think to pause and find another story like I had so many others and the ending was bitter sweet. I even felt myself tear up a bit.
I absorbed this like a modern rendition of Orpheus and Eurydice. Beautiful editing and voiceover! 💙💙💙
