layout of the house is very nice except for that small enclosed area of the masterbedroom (9:13) that features a dead tree next to the bed is very creepy...
@@eugeneprospero Yes. I watch ALLOT of property tour videos. To me, the best ones are those where the realtor gets to point out highlights and features. Also, you might consider video length. To me, that probably was a 20 minute video instead of 30.
It would be nice if you could do a live recording with your voice while you are going through the property. Instead of just showing a video with word captions.

❤Builders are so quick today to attach a million+ to a project. This home was decent, and It meets low level expectations of what people are looking for. It falls beneath the 2 million in its design overall design aesthetics. It puts me in the mindset of a over embellished ttrailer. Not worth 2 million in my opinion. I'd offer 750k

A but overpriced for those finishes. Very basic pool, plain can lights, basic appliances. 2.6 will get a lot more in the NW from other builders.
