This stupid boss took a while to beat. Kept targeting Yukari and i had no healer to help me out the rest of the fight. This time. I managed to get the cycles properly and killed it. Wanted to do the Joker fight but I can't even unlock it for some reason so I'm moving on i guess. Enjoy!
Honestly if you don't like the DLC it's just better to leave him alone since his fight is Elizabeth like, that can make you frustrating and grind more. You might not even get past his dungeon at all on your current party.
@@veeshadow yea got to him and some of the biggest bs ai i've seen in persona series lol. I don't have the patience anymore for this crap. I'm focusing on relaxing for the next couple days. lol
how was this hard 😭 i finished episode aigis with orpheus only on heartless lol. the fight isn't too bad. I think that instead of yukari, you should have used koromaru, since he naturally learns debilitate + rebellion. Combine that with metis+tarukaja+charge and her theurgy, you'll do a little over 1600 dmg. junpei is also pretty good, as he is also good when it comes to phys and crit rate.
Some really weird stuff happened to me in this boss fight. I had the accesories that prevent being infflicted with rage, but they just didn't work. Then while inflicted with rage Aigis does her regular gun attack to the boss, it deflects it and, at full health, that manages to kill Aigis. I don't get. Regular gun attacks from Aigis don't do that much damage, so i don't know how is that even possible. That happened also to Metis which is even weirder, given that she had Resist Phys.
Ok so all of this only gave me more questions and i would appreciate some help, so: Did Yuki learn of Erebus before performing the Great Seal? Or did he accidentally hit two birds with one stone? If a seal wasn't necessary how would they have beaten Nyx? When going back to the past, how far would they go? Is it their choice or is it a set amount of time? Shouldn't their plan of keeping Erebus gone for good only be a temporary solution, given people's thoughts change all the time? I really enjoyed Episode Aigis, but these are things I'm confused about
Good questions! Yes, Yuki learned about Erebus when he created the seal (probably as he was flying up to the core). He realized that what Takaya ("Nyx returned because humanity cried out for her salvation") and Nyx avatar ("If only there were more like you, perhaps the Fall could've been prevented") said were true. Metis said a seal wasn't necessary to stop Nyx because Nyx isn't inherently malevolent. Yuki created the seal to stop Erebus from uniting with Nyx (humanity is asking for the Fall and Nyx is delivering). To put it simply Yuki is literally a Messiah figure who died for humanity's sins. We don't know exactly how far back they'd go. All we know is that it'd be before the Nyx battle and a time that all 8 of them experienced together with Yuki. They don't really have a plan to keep Erebus gone for good. It's probably impossible. They're just making a resolution to slowly but surely change the world for the better
the only way a seal would not be necessary would be if… you know nyx wasn’t impossible to defeat. like ryoji said trying to stop her is like trying to stop the flow of time and death itself. It’s an established plot point in persona 4 arena that erebus reforms every year and Elizabeth fights it and kills it every year to stop it from attacking the great seal while she searches for a way to free yuki from it.
finally some challenging battle. beat this on heartless, it's a bit tough when it used primal darkness, but somehow I managed to beat it in one try. my final party was aigis, metis, ken, and koromaru. should have replaced koromaru for akihiko, but mine was underleveled, plus I relied on metis and aigis as attackers.
Brand New Days still good even with new singer Azumi Takahashi. But, it's so diabolical to make Liam O'Brien not voiced Akihiko, but instead Officer Kurosawa.
I didn't want to grind for materials. This dlc honestly was boring to me. Non stop dungeons with long sections. I just did the minimal grind for personas and didnt bother with item grinding other than monad doors

Same. Maybe is the nostalgia (over a part of the game I never played or saw a gameplay off, lol!), but old Erebus looks way scarier than the reload one for some reason. Maybe low poly stuff really makes things scarier? Also, in the old it's constantly spewing shadows/a black dog and completely covered in darkness, making it a bit harder to fully see the shape (not by much, but it's still a cool effect) while this I very clearly visible. Maybe that plays a part too.

Well, she indeed introduced the depths of Shadow for P4 and her summoning style of P5.
