  • Do you struggle with always comparing your self to others? This is not a new issue, men constantly compare themselves, their accomplishments, titles and missions with other guys to see how they measure up. Comparing yourself to others can stop your spiritual and personal growth and cause depression and anxiety. When comparison behavior emerges with the twelve disciples, Jesus immediately crushes comparison. Get equipped with practical examples of how Jesus deals with this from the life of Peter and from the parables so you as a follower of Jesus can avoid the toxic comparison trap.

Praise God we are all precious in his sight! I therefore bind to hell one to desire to always be better than another in any area of life while binding one to desire to be content with oneself in any area of life in my life, the lives of my family, friends, colleagues, neighbours acquitances, opponents, the children I teach and the body of Christ, binding to hell every unequal yoke and common share with anyone desiring toaleays be better than another in any area, in accordance with this word and psalm 139:14, 1 corinthians 4:7, 2 corinthians 6:14-18 in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah, glory to God ❤!

Jealousy is from satan, satan wants you to compare yourself to others and feel insecure and anxious about yourself and how others look at you. Why would satan want to do that? because God asked you not to covet, and satan wants you to do exactly what God doesn’t want you to:
      “You shall not covet.”
      Exodus 20:17
instead be thankful for what you have, because God said that He will never forget you:
      Jesus said:
"Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they?"
      _ Matthew 6:26-27
Instead ask for the kingdom of God , and God will give you anything that you need. Your eternal life will last much longer than anything you could get here..
      Jesus said:
“For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”
      _ Matthew 6: 32_33

Hey Eric, thanks for the feedback. I agree, there is so much we could cover on a topic like this. I made this to serve as a catalyst for us to self reflect on where we may be getting sidelined due to this issue. If the message resonated, you will like the other content. Raising the Standard is also a podcast, find it it on any platform. Appreciate you brother!
