    Got the Boom MP right after Thanksgiving. It really was easy to get comfortable hitting with it. The 16x19 string pattern allows for great spin. Luv the bold color graphics.

    I got the BOOM MP and add 4g in the head (1g at 3hr - 1g at 9hr - 1g at 10hr - 1g at 2hr) and 4g in the handle. It’s amazing, very solid and more power controled. I use hyper G at 51lbs.

    Hi. Head Boom MP will be my racquet of choice for the upcomin year(s). I tested 15 different brands and racquets. At this stage of my tennis journey I felt the Boom made me playing my cleanest tecnique overall. I did play a Head Geavity Lite the past 2,5 years as a beginner. The past months improving a lot, it just got too light for the kind of speed I wanna/can play now. Great video and analysis in my opinion, thank you. 🎾🎾🎾

    thanks for this video!
    i find that i dont get much power on shots i try to hit for winners (flat forehand or single handed backhand)
    (i) did you find power to be low on this?
    (ii) can you compare this BOOM MP to the Gravity MP, the specs are very similar......the wt is same,

    Nice review, I'm torn between the Boom MP the Extreme MP or the new Wilson 100 v4L or reg v4.. I'm an advancing beginner. Thanks for any help!

    I have a bit of tennis elbow.This Head Boom MP is arm friendly?

    • @alextennis24
      @alextennis24  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yes, it is. The stiffness of this racquet is 64, which makes it comfortable on the arm. If you have arm issue, make sure that you don't use a stiff polyester string also! Hope this help!

      @@alextennis24 What strings and tension do you recommend?

    • @alextennis24
      @alextennis24  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@grigtim1724 Well, for this boom i personally like the head lynx touch..some people might say that the ball is flying too much out of the stringbed..for myself..i just string it a bit tighter and because it is a soft poly it doesn't hurt my arm! So 55 lbs would be okay.
      If you would prefer a stiffer poly..the lynx tour would be adequate..at around 52lbs. I feel like sometimes the ball 'slips' kinda in the stringbed..like it doesn't bite as much..but you do have some control!
      If you wanna be in the middle kinda the head hawk could be interesting. I would try it at 54lbs. Not too firm, not too soft. All 3 are listed in my description just in case!
