    Hey guys pace said how he should’ve borrowed money against his properties instead of selling it when he owed 1.5 mil. Can someone explain this ? I’m kinda confused.

      I think he was owed 1.5M and he needed cash so instead of selling he could've leveraged those properties. The monthly rent would've covered payment to the hard money lenders.
