Thank you Pace. *Well Im already an AGENT, which I quickly realized I don't enjoy wasting my time with some people, But I love the perks of having a license and get inside houses whenever I want to. *My ultimate goal is to be a BUYER and build a portfolio of passive income producing assets. * I want to LEND money to other investors for their deals. * I like the idea of FLIPPING houses here and there as a hobby BUT also help families who can't qualify for a conventional loan, SELLER FINANCING them homes. Pace Morby, good to learn about avatar. Best Choice of Business Entity depends on the State your business is located (not all are equal) and where your real estate or other assets are located. In TX a Series LLC (since 9-1-2009) is best practice and have layers of entities for strong asset protection.
Pace, you said that you had "phases" during which one avatar was more appropriate for you than others, for example, a cash flow phase, a wealth-building phase, etc. Would it be possible to do a video that shows how you envision the different phases that a brand new person might go through to evolve from "zero" money in their pocket to "financial freedom for life"?

I think that the avatars will depend on someone's DISK profile. Like closers would be Ds (Drivers), S (System) people would be good at integration, etc.
Been tuned in a few months. Since I watch on AppleTV or iPad I can't find the links to the Avatar 1,2,3 referred to in the video and then I return on the desktop but I don't see anything. I found this video the same way, referred to in another video but where I originally watch them I can't just go and find the other link. I see links in a post below but it appears to be chapters within this same video. When it said for more go to Avatar 1,2,3 I had to wait and rewatch on desktop. Great evening to Pace & the Team. At the 2hr 4 min mark about the Hunter/Bird dog avatar. How's that hunting at all? or bird dogging? I'd think someone who drives for dollars would be the hunters, that's what I do in 3-4 hour increments. And I thought bird dog is where you have people do the same thing? They drive around write down addresses, take pictures & send them to another investor/wholesaler. I have 3 people that do this
i wish there was a scholarship program to get into sub 2. at the current moment in time i am broke, but i mean i gtues i could probably find somebody to lend me the price to get in, put in the work, get my first deal and then repay the loan for the cost of getting in, might as well throw in my llc cost into the loan since i dont have one of those either. i got the drive and the reasons why i need to work hard and get income generating. anybody willing to talk?
I think he did a video on that. Look up sold properties in the market you choose. Those will be your potential buyers. Especially if they are an LLC but you can look up the sold and public records of these properties to find who the buyer was. Look up the videos on Finding Deals. Laura goes over this lesson as well.

Stick with what you’re good at and hone in on your skills. For the things you are just “ok” or “suck” with doing, find someone who can.
