Appreciate you! I’m a Mortgage Broker and been an underwriter previously, worked for a hard money lender in the past, and basically in the business for over 20 years. This training is 🔥 thank you 🙏 My goal is to obtain properties Sub To, then sell via lease option to Clients Im working with on credit repair or other situations keeping them from qualifying right now, but they maybe have pets or kids and so renting is not ideal. 3:17:00 The title company they mentioned, Chicago Land Title Agency does not seem to be a title company, but a company that provides admin services (title search, insurance, etc) to already established title agents. I have no idea of what the revelation was on the Tuesday Zoom, but it seems like CLTA saw that the student was new in real estate and saw an opportunity to put her through their sales funnel and cut corners at the same time.

Having done sub-to's before, what got me was when he told Wendy that student he's never talked with the lender. My 1st thought is surely the seller canceled his policy and he added his own with the trust or LLC as the beneficiary? I haven't finished the video either but watched some of his other videos. He's got some good stuff. I'd like to some private lenders myself

The only way around taxable income when lending money on deals , is when lend out of a life insurance policy . Bunch of guys teaching and doing deals using life insurance policies to fund deals I’ve done it with mobile homes in Mesa Arizona haven’t done it with a single family home yet that’s next once I learn all these nuggets pace dropping
