If you watch at the end she is wearing a pink shirt, this symbolizes human sacrifice and suffering. look up Lupercalia and Adreanochrome. also look at the location which is Haiti. There have been multiple people on youtube (George Webb) discussing what JSOC (which the Special Ops) group that David Mason is a part of. David Petraeus has links to secretive groups in JSOC that are linked to organ harvesting, sex trafficking. Hot take incoming here, but i honestly think this is up there with some of the greatest cod missions of all time! The Hype af song, The skydive section, the downright hectic gunfights from below, the fact that the Chinese are helping you out after being enemies with them for most of the game, Menendez's broadcast and of course the climatic kill/capture of Menendez himself. And to top it all of, doing all of this alongside Harper (Provided you didnt kill him prior lawl). This was one HELL of a final mission and its easily one of my favorites in the entire series, up there with MW3's.

I was so excited to see what Treyarch would do with the BO3 campaign. It would take something big for them to top BO1 and BO2. But then we got that shit. It had no connection to the other Black Ops games. I feel they just used the name for marketing. At least the MP and Zombies were good.
It had no connection, but there was one moment in a mission that they mention Raul Menendez.
@@goalhornfanatic9449 black ops 3 sucked on the 360, it only had multiplayer and zombies. Granted, those were good game modes, but I couldn’t play on split screen and I think you needed Xbox live to access the game alone.

The Mission is called Judgement Day. This is a reference to Terminator 2. Because Judgement Day was when American drones were destroying cities as we see in this mission.
When Harper says "C'mon! You wanna live forever?" is a reference to Dan Daly of the USMC who said this in WW1 to his fellow Marines in battle.
The best military halo jump scene ever created and thats on everything I love. 🙏

Apart from the Claws,everything else already exists. As to the guns, only that sonar sight is more farfetched. The one that Section uses in the beggining that identifies targets, while there is no sight like that in the real world, augmented reality glasses like the ones that Section uses can do that.

Playing this on release week my first thoughts were “wow 2025 is so futuristic and all this drone technology is crazy advanced.”
Now in 2024 whenever I see BO2 clips I think “wow it’s getting scarily similar to reality.”
Just amazing how BO2 holds up as it reaches closer to the near future it predicted. 10/10 campaign for sure, it and BO1 combine to make (for me personally) the best military action stories in gaming.

Hands down the best way open into final mission and ended.
This was my favorite final mission in ALL of COD. If BO3 focused on Menendez's endgame, I would have easily bought future COD games in good faith. But BO3 lead me to not purchasing anything afterwards and now I'm a free to play pleb in Warzone.
I dont know how I did it, but I don't remember the opening sequence. My character immediately spawned on the ground on wheels, not paragliding from destroyed vtols

If Harper doesn't appear in this mission "Judgement Day" after I killed Harper in the mission "Achilles' Veil", then I would have the best ending of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 if in the end by capturing Menendez.
