Quick and easy CREAMY BROCCOLI GNOCCHI WITH SCISSORS ✂️ 🥦

- I like to experiment with new dishes, varying the raw materials, like these fabulous Gnocchi with Broccoli in the dough together with potatoes!
They are a valid alternative to the potato-only classics, but similar in both consistency and preparation!
A few months ago I used pumpkin and ricotta and they were also delicious 👉 • GNOCCHI DI ZUCCA E RIC...
In short, I advise you to make them, EVEN THOSE WHO DO NOT USUALLY EAT BROCCOLI WILL LIKE THEM! In fact, it's a ploy to get children to eat vegetables!
Plus they are quick, you don't have to stand there rolling out and forming the bigoli and gnocchi by hand... ONLY 1 SCISSORS IS ENOUGH, even DIRECTLY IN THE POT!

INGREDIENTS: for approximately 3 people
220 g Broccoli 🥦 (weighed already cleaned)
200 g boiled potatoes about 3 potatoes (weighed already cooked)
180-200 g All-purpose flour (00)
For the seasoning:
100 g Speck (smoked ham)
80 g Stracchino soft cheese (or crescenza or robiola)
Grated Parmesan cheese
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
