Side lying Hip Adduction exercise

  • Start by lying on your side with your bottom leg straight, and your top leg bent at the knee with your foot planted on the ground. Next, slowly raise your bottom leg towards the ceiling, pause, then slowly lower the leg back down. Repeat as directed. Keep the knee of the bottom leg straight the entire time, and keep your foot pointed forwards.
