I specifically remember one vid back in the “ George the cat” days where you were asked in a q&a whether you’d ever buy your own house and your reply was that the banks would never think of giving out a mortgage to you because you were “a youtuber”……. Fast forward and man is in Tulum on a beach with angelic music being played, traveling the world for a living and casually bagging a villa in Marbella while he’s at it. Rob, a word of advice .. you need need to be there when the builders are working. You really need to stay on top of them otherwise they will cut corners to save time and money. Hopefully you have someone watching the project over for you but since you and your gf will be living here, you need to be sure they are making it to YOUR liking.
