The back to back zingers of “laughable” (about the gym) and “….whatever Joel’s gonna do” is peak Keegan.
You are obviously super motivated. If your clients are half as motivated as you are they must be achieving all their goals. You managed to motivate me to make some changes in my life to achieve my goals. Your energy is contagious. Just make sure you don’t burn out, stay safe and happy.
I enjoy listening to you. Even here, you are an excellent coach. The concepts that I learn from you are very helpful. Plus, you are a very likeable person.
whenever I hear Keagan talking about different ways of motivation, I always feel motivated myself! I think on those times when I'm feeling like I need an extra hand to feel that motivations, I'll go back and listen to Keagan!
Keegan...Please take a breath! The entire video was go-go-go, non-stop, frenetic...You have so much encouraging, honest advice to share, but it's difficult to take in when it's going by so quickly.

I love listening to you ‘waffling’ Keegan 😂. I think for a relative beginner Vlogger you are really good and keep videos very entertaining 👏👏💪
When I had my business, I used to have somewhere like 50 - 100 hours of continuing education a year. This was before the pandemic, so most of it was in person. Also, I used to go to Chicago once every 90 days to spend a day with other entrepreneurs learning how to improve our respective businesses. Was it expensive? Absolutely. But I got so charged up ( and when I came back to LA) got things done. Probably, one of the things I miss most about being retired. That and my clients. BUT, retirement is great too. 😊

Keegan I am surprised that you didn't take to vloging more ,considering that you do so much public speaking, but you do what you are comfortable with. I will say that at times that when you are outside and moving quickly and Keegan is talking it's hard to understand what he is saying sometimes. But I do enjoy your videos very much. ❤

But forgive me objectifying, but looking at your stunning face is like mana from heaven. Kragen, I dont care what anyone says..maybe your channel and coaching isn't for straight people, male or female, but I'm here to tell you I find tid bits that are applicable. You give me pause and make me think. I'm impressed that you and Joel seem to get to the gym on most of your days away from home. So, what's my excuse..also, is it a Europe thing that you can buy day passes at gyms..im sure it's just something I don't know about since I don't go to the gym. Gotta get on that!
