I really hope when he testifies before the committee on monday that they listen to him cause everyone knows, including the courts, that he is innocent but their excuses are well so and so said no so i had to say no and the governor said he had to say no because the parole board said no BUT the parole board said they said no because the governor said no. Murder someone is sinful. However, according to his daughter's health condition, there are possibly it's a wrongful accusation case. I myself got accused by the police for the disappear of my son. As I reported to them, he did not go home at some worrisome length of time. They quickly, coldly, smartly concluded that I harmed him and causing this scenario. Fortunately, he showed up later. Otherwise, no one can imagine how unfair for a parent who is suffering both, the incident and the consequences. So, leave this unanswered scenario until 100% sure that he's the one who committed the severe crime. Otherwise, you never have a chance to apologize to an innocent.

What if it turns out no crime was actually committed? 22 years is a long time - especially when it involves scientific/medical advances. It seems there are legitimate questions as to whether or not there was even a crime committed. This child could have died from pneumonia. If they execute this man only to conclude his daughter died from natural causes - this man's family should and likely WILL own the entire state of Texas.
What does his wife and family say about him? How did he deal with stress? If there is no evidence that he was an aggressive man, he should never be executed until his case and sentence are reviewed.
