So how does Deadpool's 4th wall breaking work in that show in a way that differentiates him from Spider-Man? I haven't seen the show in a while, but it feels like any sort of bizarre sequence can just be written off as being fairly in-line with the rest of the show's humor, so you'd have to kind of push the envelope a bit far too really get Deadpool's 4th wall breaking across
Cause Deadpool in the beginning broke the 4th wall while Spidey was breaking the 4th wall. He literally paused the 4th wall break 😭. He broke that 4th wall and them broke the 8th wall. 😂
Spidey is more like Saved by the Bell. His 4th wall breaking is limited for the most part to just delivering exposition, and even then, its not like time stops or anything, we just hear what he thinks of the events, and often times he's saying this out loud btw. Simple, Deadpool just constantly interrupts Spidey's 4th wall breaks for the sake of being annoying. The scene where Spidey is talking to the audience explaining Taskmaster, but is then interrupted by Deadpool drawing a moustache on Task's portrait is a funny example. Deadpool also one ups Spidey's 4th wall breaks by acknowledging the censorship regarding his inclusion to the series. I'm sure even USM Spidey was confused with that part.
Omg I love how so many people are coming back to this iconic role of deadpool in my fav Disney superhero cartoon series (ultimate Spiderman). They did it so damn well, kept his whole personality while also breaking the fourth wall and keeping it hilarious af. Bonus points for the spideypool team up
