Other bad traits I've found from managers: 1. Expecting their reports (even worse when it's not someone who directly reports to them) to stay for 8-9h at the office (aka warming seats) rather than trying to have a healthy work schedule. 2. Working 80h+ a week and looking down on others who seek work/life balance and aren't like Gary V and Elon with the mindset that people live to work.
