We are the lucky owners of the Xquisite that shared sundowners and our story with Rico and Victoria. We had never sailed a boat before but were inspired by the Nauti Style’s channel to follow our dream. We have owned our Xquisite for 15 months and it is everything and more than we dreamed. This video captures all the key elements of the Xquisite story, and most importantly for owners; the after sales service is impeccable. Well done Victoria and Rico, thank you two for inspiring us to follow our dreams! Dave and Shelley.

Looking to do a similar adventure. As a newbie, It is great to hear that they actually provide such great after sale service. I have heard some horror stories on new boats. Fantastic boat!
This is great to hear. My husband & I were really impressed with the boat, company, & service. So much so we’ve made this our boat goal to own one in the next 3-5 years. Really good to hear feedback from actual owners.

do you think his idea to have a place in the Bahamas to be able to store during hurricane season will make insuring a boat in that area easier? I wonder if he realizes how much that will help boaters who are traveling far and wide!!
Xquisite is my favorite Catamaran manufacturer. The attention to detail, quality and service alone are enough to tip the scales. Tamas and his team produce functional art with an unparalleled experience.

I fell in love with the Xquisite brand a few years ago, the very first walk-thru somebody put on youtube. The attention to detail is fantastic and their system of monitoring the maintenance schedules, not having to deal with anyone for warranty because they handle contacting the equipment manufacturers for you, now building a location in the Bahamas! Their commitment to satisfying the customers is unparalleled. The only thing I'd change would be making the owner's cabin with an island bed. Sadly, my financial levels would never even let me afford to charter one, but I'd just about give up my firstborn for the chance to sail on one! LOL

Victoria & Rico Another outstanding presentation and walk through of this beautiful Xquisite X5 Plus Cat !! Over the last couple of years you have toured many styles of boats & yachts with different layouts and all were beautiful. I must say that for a liveaboard a " Cat " is a very nice way to go with tons of room and storage, and not to mention the different options for sail and power by either engine or electric. Your Meridian is a nice yacht for sure, but as you have both said there are many things that you would like to have aboard that you lack right now ( bigger engine room, better refrigerator LOL and more room ) Oh I hope a Cat is in your future as I can just see you both having a fantastic time traveling from point to point and really enjoying boating life ! Of course relocating to Florida would be a wonderful idea, hint hint and open up many places to explore. Thank you for all the work you do on these presentations and have a great weekend ! Live it up
Cruising Off Duty did an entire delivery and crossing of an Xquisite on their channel a couple of years ago. While it is not the updated version, it shows a lot of detail of the boat actually performing and addresses some minor issues and shows the the extremes that the company will go to to provide whatever customer service is required.
Thanks for the mention of Crusing Off Duty video. Phoenix marine ( builders and designers of the X5) took a lot of that into consideration when bringing out the X5plus

I was cruising comfortably in my X5+ at 15 kts on my way to Hawaii, when a display suddenly went dead, no problem, I walked to the kitchen, took my tools out of the drawer. According me the most cool part of the boat. I removed the display to replace it with the reserve screen. Via my sat internet connection I ordered a new one. I noticed it was 5:00 pm so my workday was over. I closed my laptop, gave the boat systems a quick check. As usual all was perfect. It was a bit chill outside so I decided to stay indoors and open the dead display to repair it. I took my oscilloscope and soldering gear from the big drawer in front of me and started to open the display. Suddenly I felt something wet in my face. Strange nothing to see. So I ignored it. I removed the screws, but there it was again, now accompanied by the faint sound of a barking dog. I checked the GPS plotter but there was no land nearby. Probably a seal. Again something wet in my face. I opened my eyes and looked into big 2 brown eyes, my view partly blocked by a big pink tongue licking my face. It was my dog, telling me to wake up and walk with her. Damn, it was just a dream..... For 1.9M I am pretty sure it will stay a dream, a very happy one, but sadly still just a dream.
What a boat! I have evolved over time from looking at catamarans as "those people," to understanding and appreciating them, I see the attraction and now see them as the great bost they are. I have a few Cats I love but the Xquisite take it to a whole other level. It is easy to say you are going to use the best materials and construction techniques but it is something else to be so knowledgable and smart in how you do it. They are people who have spent their time on boats saying "you know what it needs" and "you know what would be awesome." That is a boat that others, even cats, will be chasing.
Hiya Vico, Another perfect video, thank you both so much. Rico, I can remember when you would not say a single word, now, V can't shut you up! What a turnaround! I remember seeing another channel, it was an, I think Canadian couple looking at every cat they could to see which one to buy to retire on, he was a police officer. He was invited by Tamas to South Africa to tour the factory, interview the workers and then go out on a sail. Then a new owner invited him to help sail their new cat from SA to the USA. Tamas went along for the first bit. I don't know why I stopped watching but it was a good channel, nice tours at boat shows, out of date now but I saw the Xquisite toolbox before you. I bet Rico's jaw dropped when he first saw/heard about it. Tamas is I believe exactly what this industry needs, he's been there, done it and worn out the tee-shirt. His idea for the base in the Bahamas, I want to put one on Granada, but he's been there, I have not, again experience shows. As an engineer/electrician I loved when they first showed how the wiring was done, the four distribution boxes, are perfect, reducing wiring and costs. labelling both ends of just not cables, but pipes etc. I think the anti-rotation marks are new but perfect. I, who know little of boating, think this is one of the very best firms/designers of touring cats. Stay safe, Steve xx...
Absolutely my favourite catamaran of all the boats you have shown us. Some residential designers could learn a thing or two from the organization of that galley. The built-in tool storage is so unique (and I'm not a guy . . .LOL). Thanks for sharing this innovative product.
I'm sold... if and when it happens, I would buy this Cat. I think the only change I would want is a "work-room" for projects rather than the 3rd cabin. Better than perfect cruiser! Oh yeah, you two have the BEST boat-tour channel out there! I get disappointed when I watch other tours. It is your ENERGY! You both have the Yin and Yang happening that creates the perfect balance... Seriously ;o) Love you 2 and this EXQUISTE yacht!
@End - I have no words for this Cat... This is so awesomely designed!! A sailor designed, a sailor with 11 years of exp!! Thank you for sharing this... I simply feel, I could be with them, to learn more, be with them just to watch how they design and construct, and many more... But, all I can do is, send more and more love to you all from India!! The worst part is, I cannot visit a Camper Van builder who is just 4 km away from me!! This is what I call "STUCK"!!
Just WOW! I am completely blown away by XQUISITE! Their tech is simply cutting edge. I hope that their plans actually came to fruition in the Bahamas. I am definitely going to find out. As always, I love you guys for bringing us along with you on your adventures and finding incredible gems in the yatching world. Victoria and Rico are the people I trust to give me the best view of any vessel and company to do business with. Thanks guys for another great showcase/review ! 🤙🏻😎
Absolutely one of my favorite yachts reviewed. When I saw all the storage, I thought that it would be nice for Xquisite to label (tastefully and small) each storage compartment and write an app for a pad to keep an inventory of where the crew stores everything! Each storage locker could have a reasonable set of assigned things one could simply check which would go in the list and of course one could add any item one desires in addition. We are always asking ourselves where we put things on longer cruises and it would be nice to simply query and look it up! Great job on the boat and the video review!
The more you've showed on this cat the better and better it gets. So much thoughtfulness and attention to detail, it's a little masterpiece. Biggest concern I see is lack of ventilation in the interior cabin spaces, more window openings sure would be the cherry on top. I think this is literally my dream sailing catamaran though. edit: and considering the level of quality assurance, customer service and hands-on time devoted to the handoff, it seems like the price tag starts being justified.
Wow Wow Wow. I want one, the only thing holding me back is I need $2.4 million. What a great company. He and his wife are geniuses. Enjoying the channel. Tks for sharing.
After seeing that parallel hybrid on your Greenline tour, I thought this is the way of the future. It's nice to see yet another forward thinking company.... every one else will be in for a rude awakening in a few years as they scramble to catch up.
I immediately thought of the Wynns when you went over the side windows, too! THAT would be a fun collab! When they get their new boat?? Also, being something of a safety nerd, I like when you point out safety/emergency features.
This is obviously designed by sailors FOR sailors...you don't get that very often. They thought a great deal about what went where and how well it was thought out. This is a beautiful boat. Looking forward to the 60'+ size boats.
I wish they did a little more explanation of the enclosure in the aft of the boat. It makes into an entirely climate controlled space or an extra bedroom for long passage. I saw it in use in a previous video. It was a spectacular use of space with great design.
Well we use the Tesla solar tiles on the roof of our house along with a Tesla battery bank. We also have 3 spiral windmills. Very efficient systems and worth having. Installed on a boat could be a major plus. And for internet and tv we have a Star-link system. Again all worth having.
The plan of XQUISITE is well planned and to have a set up right in the Bahamas is a wonderful exquisite plan, i wouldn't be surprised if every future runs on an app and can see the angle from the top of the catamaran from one's phone, I love the deep cabinets in the gally well done it's perfect!
This boat got my attention. Sailing is cool but with my back injuries it is a no go. But with the power cat, now I am interested. I want to keep my boat on the East Coast and have my cruising grounds from Maine to Trinidad and Tobago. This certainly has my attention. Thank you.
Please guys show us the sixty! This X5 plus looks great and the company seems to have the will and the desire to be even greater than their yachts. Very stimulating for every owners!!
He is so inspiring, his design features are incredible, I hope the development comes to fruition but it’s a massive project to fund, probably more of a dream than a reality.
@45:58 - That is very intense... No other words!! Any boat and you solve the issues!! Wow, Awesome... That is my version of a Marina... A Perfect Marina...
I was a liveaboard on San Francisco Bay for many years (many years ago). I just have to say that this boat is an Absolute "Wow!" Exquisite is right! 💜💙💜💙💜
Again, I like the exposed drink fridge in the cockpit, just like the Bering 77. Someone who uses cats would know to save the weight, the construction time and materials, and the potential failure point of a cover door. This cat shows all the learning using a cat for years can give you. The tablet at the nav station also keeps in touch with the factory for predictive maintenance and troubleshooting.
I love the motor version of this yacht. I would never want to sail the world with diesel as my only backup. Electric motors with solar plates and an generator for back up is the best choice for me. I did not realize technology was moving so fast with these types of boats. Thank you for doing this walk through. Kev
Victoria looking beautiful as always.. thank you guys for the tour that was a pretty cool boat I really did like the galley I love to cook and so when I watch your channel I always take note of the galley ... Anyway again thank you guys for the tour I look forward to next Saturday take care ❤️✌️⛵❤️✌️
I'm not up on Xquisite yachts. I've bound to have seen a few, but my memory not so good. I'm not a SailCat fan compared to my love of Power Driven Vessels. But some do turn a head. She's a beauty.
@@NautiStyles sorry forgot to add lol. Omg it's awesome. I love Aquila and Horizon. Now seeing Xquisite, there is some serious competition in the sail/power cat vessel types. The hybrid tech he mentions is mental. Five ways through Sunday backups and limp in solar power back ups. I'd love to meet this guy. He offers do much along with the vessel. Think I'll get one if I win lottery. I'd love to tour this when launched.
Hiya Nauties! Your comment about the owner-builder & wife's idea to "build it perfect" reminds me of sailing on Mr & Mrs US Army General George Patton's twin mast kethch "If & When"; in Boston Harbor's Marblehead 1987. Seems the wealthy East Coast couple had earlier chartered a West Coast monohull that didn't exactly meet their preferred specs. So thay kept a log: "If & When" - which became their marine architect's blueprint! for the very vessel I sailed on in 1987! HA! Who'd a figurered! Nice content! Keep on keppin' on Nauties!
I enjoy watching this beautiful video and I sure miss seeing you two beautiful people for I enjoy you both when you show everything on the yachts and boats for both have a lot of knowledge of each and every vessels you go on your hubby noses engines and all the helm controls so you both are thee most beautiful person to do show any boat on here and May God keep on blessing you throughout your life watching you from Southern Alberta Canada
Thanks Kevin, we have new yacht tours every single Saturday, so you don’t need to miss us🙈😝 also our new channel @nautiguys will have videos every Wednesday
I've been following this boat manufacturer since there begining .. They are hands down the most progressive sail boat company in the industry bar none Great engineering.....spare no expense I love this boat and hands down is the Vessel of envy.... Great work guys !!!!!!!!!!
Another thorough tour by my two favorite yachting guides. Really, this boat has some very unique capabilities that you and the designer gave reasons for the changes. His future endeavors with the new venture in the Bahamas will be a huge assist to occasional and live-aboard owners. I can see that concept for owners being developed for more than just one brand of sail or power boats? Another excellent tour with top notch discussion of future concepts at the end. Always look forward to seeing you tour another boat. Enjoy the Summer!
Wowser, Just when I thought I saw your best boat tour! You do this one. Victoria and Rico, you both keep us excited, like reading a good book, I'm hooked and waiting for what you have next.
@9:40 - More water tanks?? This boat designer actually knows the blue water sailing!! Water is the most important, isn't it!! I am already loving this Cat!!
Such a Beautiful, Fantastic Yacht and Technology integrated into this design, Thank you Victoria and Rico for Such a fantastic Walk Through.. Can't wait to see the next episode 🙌🏼
Hey everyone! We play a drinking game when we watch. Start watching with a drink and every time Victoria says “Storage” take a drink!when Rico says it take two! This one was a challenge, I think they were trying to get us smashed! We had to refill three times!
Tamas Hamor is exactly the right person to be in the yacht/catamaran business. He’s experienced, knowledgeable and on point with what sailors need and want, especially regarding the service side. Thank you both for a wonderful tour. Personally I’m looking forward to his hybrid cat compared to the Silentyachts 60
Absolutely amazing yacht and even more amazing company! I love their plans and think that it will be loved by the clients. I can only imagine what might happen if Tamas and Alexi met and had a beer...
Wow! This is company seems amazing! I love their attention to detail and striving to help their customers! I have heard horror stories from people who've just bought a new boat and get zero help from the boat maker with issues.
I fully lost the gained "Trust" when I found out that the Story about charging the Battery in 30min in done by the Generator xD He is very hush to not let you come to that conclusion straight away, but it is inferred and I highly doubt that 2.28KWH Solar can magically fill an 80KW Bank in 30min ^^
I love the idea of the coming hybrid systems. To have so much self generating energy capability is just amazing. You guys are right, you have found the “Alexei” of cats.
Synopsis: great yacht even greater tour. ◘ I like the storage; you could have two guest rooms (not needing one for storage) - Nice ◘ 31:19 Samsung - top of the mark brand, Nice. ◘ 32:32 "very unique"? ◘ 33:21 maybe I missed it; but did we get thirty-three minutes in w/o hearing "massive":☺?
I just love the concept of the Exquisite concept in the Bahamas. Especially the use of mainly solar generation. We would use such a vessel mainly in the Pacific Northwest all the way around the top of Alaska and across the polar run through to Greenland.
One thing I'd like all the boat builders to do is replace dark tinted hatch covers with white treated ones. Cuts down on the heat entering the cabins. I first heard about it on Zatara's channel.
I'm very happy and excited to see the new solar technologies becoming more accepted and incorporated into the boating industry. I'm also glad to see you you two getting to present this awesome technology to us all to enjoy. Thanks very much. Cheers!
The most awesome thing about this company. Hybrid power has the least amount of carbon footprint period. You can look up the facts. Amazing video as always guys. 😎👍🏼👌🏼
That’s a neat boat and then the future is truly amazing and the possibilities are truly amazing he is amazing too think the way he and his wife are so involved
What a great idea for the X-Marina and yard...Wow. I am curious how close the electric elements are to eliminating diesel propulsion. Keep the generator as a charging backup and replace the diesels with the electric motors used by Silent Yacht. Saved space and maintenance would be excellent. And a beautiful boat too, I bet this one is on the top your list now :)
The Silent yacht motors are too small, 5 knots is really very slow. I think these motors are 100 kw versus 20 kw. This yacht should make 13+ knots under electric power. With sails available, I think I would eliminate the diesel drive, with high power EV drives, large battery storage, diesel generator backup, solar panels and sails, that should be sufficient.
Wow. Such excellent commentary on service after the sale and commitment to quality. We full time in our large RV. Trying to get quality service that caters to full time RV'ers is a constant battle. Were I in the market and could afford it, I would definitely lean toward a product that I knew I could get serviced.

Hiya Vico,
Another perfect video, thank you both so much.
One of the most amazing yachts you have had on this channel 👍.
I would like to have this boat for my house or RV.
Definitely a thumbs up 👍
Thank you very much!
Victoria giving a great tour as usual.
Thank you!
I wanted an Aquila power cat until I saw this video. This is now my new bucket list boat!
lol ops!
Absolutely my favourite catamaran of all the boats you have shown us. Some residential designers could learn a thing or two from the organization of that galley. The built-in tool storage is so unique (and I'm not a guy . . .LOL). Thanks for sharing this innovative product.
Our pleasure! Thank you for watching
Yes those tool drawers simply stunned me, and they come with the yacht!
Yes the tool stocked drawers totally blew me away … also a girl 😊
I'm sold... if and when it happens, I would buy this Cat.
The features on this are phenomenal. Thanks for showing us Victoria and Rico 💚
5X Plus is $1.9M 😝
After seeing that parallel hybrid on your Greenline tour, I thought this is the way of the future. It's nice to see yet another forward thinking company.... every one else will be in for a rude awakening in a few years as they scramble to catch up.
you might be right, but this industry is always behind... so exciting to see great innovations in awesome creators hands
I immediately thought of the Wynns when you went over the side windows, too! THAT would be a fun collab! When they get their new boat??
Also, being something of a safety nerd, I like when you point out safety/emergency features.
This needs to be the Wynns new boat
@@chartphred1 Yep! That thought occurred to me as well. 😎
@@chartphred1 $$$$$$$$$
This is obviously designed by sailors FOR sailors...you don't get that very often. They thought a great deal about what went where and how well it was thought out. This is a beautiful boat. Looking forward to the 60'+ size boats.
Thanks for watching, I couldn't agree more
I wish they did a little more explanation of the enclosure in the aft of the boat. It makes into an entirely climate controlled space or an extra bedroom for long passage. I saw it in use in a previous video. It was a spectacular use of space with great design.
I think it is for boaters and not sailors.... performance might be poor... and the looks are also
@41:26 - Now I understand when you say that "This is a sailor designed boat"... 11 years!! That's awesome!!
Bifacial solar as well. These add another 30% power for the same size of panel. Great system ...
Great point!
Well we use the Tesla solar tiles on the roof of our house along with a Tesla battery bank. We also have 3 spiral windmills. Very efficient systems and worth having. Installed on a boat could be a major plus. And for internet and tv we have a Star-link system. Again all worth having.
Finally! The X5 is exquisite! 😁
Indeed it is!
That is the best boat for me. Watched dozens of your shows and love them. Just perfect.
I use your channel for visual motivation many mornings!! It's like a TH-cam vision board!!!
Wow, thank you! 🥰🎉
@@NautiStyles Absolutely!!
wow... what a great video... incredible company... and I love the boat!!! Thank you guys... great, great video.
Glad you loved it!
Xquisite has some great stuff! Love the interviews I’ve seen there staff before and always enjoyed them
awesome!
I was a liveaboard on San Francisco Bay for many years (many years ago). I just have to say that this boat is an Absolute "Wow!" Exquisite is right! 💜💙💜💙💜
Thanks for sharing!
They have come so far in a short time. I can see why there are no used ones for sale.
yep! great builder!
@@NautiStyles they are now influencing sailing and power yachts. If you want the power or a 60ft sail you will have to wait 3 years!
Thanks so much!
Amazing work and technology. Congrats
Thanks a lot!
Awesome stuff and sounds like an Ideal company. Thanks kids.
Our pleasure! Thanks Alan
Very innovative yacht. This will change the whole industry.
Glad you enjoyed the tour
I'm not up on Xquisite yachts. I've bound to have seen a few, but my memory not so good. I'm not a SailCat fan compared to my love of Power Driven Vessels. But some do turn a head. She's a beauty.
what do you think of the 60 power then?
@@NautiStyles sorry forgot to add lol. Omg it's awesome. I love Aquila and Horizon. Now seeing Xquisite, there is some serious competition in the sail/power cat vessel types. The hybrid tech he mentions is mental. Five ways through Sunday backups and limp in solar power back ups. I'd love to meet this guy. He offers do much along with the vessel. Think I'll get one if I win lottery. I'd love to tour this when launched.
Built in South Africa where I live. They are a great outfit. I am most impressed.
Thanks for sharing Brian!
They are hands down the most progressive sail boat company in the industry bar none
Great engineering.....spare no expense I love this boat and hands down is the Vessel of envy....
Victoria and Rico, you both keep us excited, like reading a good book, I'm hooked and waiting for what you have next.
ooow thank you kindly! More to come!
I'll never be in the market for a 2 million dollar boat, but it is nice to watch these videos for ideas.
Little clear-glass escape hatch is for fishing from your kitchen when the weather is inclement. Wicked !
Great job guys! Exquisite? Well done! Well built vessel. !The tech is fantastic.
Thank you very much!
Well that was a truly xquisite tour. Many thanks Rico and Victoria. 👍👍😁😁
Now that would be a TRUE ULTRA YAGHT. From what I can tell they are great minds thinking alike
@@henrycarlson7514 They are both committed to excellence and make it a way of life rather than just a buzzword tossed about by Marketing.
Fantastic video. Looking forward to seeing a power cat tour in the future.
You and me both!
Wow! This is company seems amazing! I love their attention to detail and striving to help their customers! I have heard horror stories from people who've just bought a new boat and get zero help from the boat maker with issues.
I fully lost the gained "Trust" when I found out that the Story about charging the Battery in 30min in done by the Generator xD
He is very hush to not let you come to that conclusion straight away, but it is inferred and I highly doubt that 2.28KWH Solar can magically fill an 80KW Bank in 30min ^^
I love the idea of the coming hybrid systems. To have so much self generating energy capability is just amazing. You guys are right, you have found the “Alexei” of cats.
Love love love this company ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Nice!
This is worth so much about mental dexterity my fav out of 50 boats....what a owner Bravo sir
Synopsis: great yacht even greater tour.
◘ I like the storage; you could have two guest rooms (not needing one for storage) - Nice
◘ 31:19 Samsung - top of the mark brand, Nice.
◘ 32:32 "very unique"?
◘ 33:21 maybe I missed it; but did we get thirty-three minutes in w/o hearing "massive":☺?
hahahaha, I was on my best "massive" behavior 😂
I just love the concept of the Exquisite concept in the Bahamas. Especially the use of mainly solar generation. We would use such a vessel mainly in the Pacific Northwest all the way around the top of Alaska and across the polar run through to Greenland.
That power cat is my dream retirement home. Can't wait to learn more about the Bahamas project. That is great news.
I love to view these videos while I’m listening to yacht rock radio station on Sirius radio.
One thing I'd like all the boat builders to do is replace dark tinted hatch covers with white treated ones. Cuts down on the heat entering the cabins. I first heard about it on Zatara's channel.
Love the boat very well thought out the only thing I would like to see is soft close doors and drawers at this price point.
The owner is a real visionary. If I ever decide to sell the house and sail the world, I’m getting one of these Cats.
Yay. Cape Town, my home. PLEASE, PLEASE can you organize a tour for my partner and I. PLEASE.
Reach out to the Brand pls
I'm very happy and excited to see the new solar technologies becoming more accepted and incorporated into the boating industry. I'm also glad to see you you two getting to present this awesome technology to us all to enjoy. Thanks very much. Cheers!
The most awesome thing about this company. Hybrid power has the least amount of carbon footprint period. You can look up the facts. Amazing video as always guys. 😎👍🏼👌🏼
What an awesome customer service experience.
And a beautiful boat too, I bet this one is on the top your list now :)
agreed! Too bad we made our choice already 🙈😝
@@NautiStyles Congratulations, I am sure your choice will be top notch. :)
@@NautiStyles You can tell. I love the Silent Yacht ideas.
They just keep getting better but that 70footer looks very impressive including the Bahamas complex... dear Santa.
Wow. Such excellent commentary on service after the sale and commitment to quality. We full time in our large RV. Trying to get quality service that caters to full time RV'ers is a constant battle. Were I in the market and could afford it, I would definitely lean toward a product that I knew I could get serviced.
