Hi there! I'm Deenise, a typical millennial living in Singapore and married to a man who unofficially proposed to me with an HDB flat.

The theme of our home is minimalist mixed with some elements of wabi-sabi and brutalist. We both love the raw cold concrete texture juxtaposed with some warm-toned elements like wood.

How do the ultra-short projector work for you (in the day esp)? its a great way to save money on TV consoles!

In the day time, you will need to close the blinds if the sunlight is shining directly on the screen. If it is not, then actually you can still view it. I will be doing a review of the projector in my next video! It definitely saves space and money.

Can I know why did you opt for the OCS flooring scheme but in the end overlayed with vinyl?

For our estate, by default, we can’t opt out. But even if u do opt out, I heard that you can’t directly lay tiles or vinyl on the bare concrete floor. You will need to spend extra money to prep the floor or smth along those lines. Hence most people would opt for the flooring scheme.

Yes but if I do a drop kerb, then need to saw the toilet door because the height of the floor will be affected.
