    Spend so much needlessly on quite a few things. And yet house look very normal only after reno... I think you guys are kena chop carrot by ID or simply too rich and not spending wisely on furnishings and reno... Seriously don't look worth it. For the amount u spent.

    45k reno for a 4 room flat is cheap, my friend's 4 room reno is around 60k. The furnishings are rather expensive at 45k, especially the mattress at 6k+, my queen size Dr Maxis Lux Cool Dream mattress with bed frame only $2,500 with 5cm pillow top, pocketed springs and 13" thickness - more comfortable than established brands like King Koil and Dunlopillo.

    Super overpriced. So much money wasted. It is best to source individual rather than letting the ID do everything. This is why Reno prices are so inflated in SG. Moreover most of the things are also outsourced to get the job done so mind as well find it directly.

    • @allaboutjakeandemma
      @allaboutjakeandemma  ปีที่แล้ว

      The wall behind the TV is part concrete and part plaster wall, and in continuation with the built-in suspended TV console below which the Sonos Arc is placed upon. There is a hole cut-out behind the TV at the plaster wall, another hole cut-out behind the TV console as well as a third long cut-out on top of the TV console for wires to pass through. The HDMI cable is connected from the TV, dropped through the hole cut-out in the plaster wall, passes through the second hole cut-out in the TV console, and finally passed from the third cut-out at the top of the TV console into the Sonos Arc from behind. The end result is quite aesthetic as the wires are completely concealed!
