  • This 10 minute pilates butt & thighs workout is made for toning and tightening your thighs and grow an hourglass figure. These 10 minutes will work on your butt area, hamstrings, inner and outer thighs so get excited for a lot of exercises that will burn your inner muscles. Combine this workout with my other thigh & booty workouts + pilates workouts for better results. Always remember that you can tone and build muscles with my workouts and lose fat but everybody is different and diet plays an important role when it comes to body changes.

      Oh wow did you see results with her workout? I just started but I’m worried that I will become bulky… I just want to lose some weight especially in the legs

      ​@ginevrapozzolini4338 you won't get bulky with these workouts. I also want to lose fat from my legs and I follow these workouts. The key is, I will tell you in the beginning, is to be consistent. Do it every day even if you don't want to. That's the only thing that will help

    Danke, Mary. In jedem Video sind neue, nützliche Übungen, die ich ab sofort machen werde. Mit deinen Videos kann man bestimmt wieder fit werden, vor allem für Mädels wie mich, die leider nicht so viel Zeit haben, um ins Fitnessstudio zu gehen.

    I've been doing Mary's routine for 3 months and a little more: 5min smaller waist, my favorite video that I do almost every day because it completely changed my waist. Adding "10 min glute bridge burn" (a month and a half, I noticed more firmness in my butt) and "10 min everyday abs workout" (I haven't completed a month yet but every day I improve the technique of breathing and contracting my abs, obviously complements with food). Now I'm adding this one because I tried it and it's very knee friendly 🥹🙌
