Who is this 89.1 at the end? I recorded this at 6:00 pm local. Note the final photo…Methinks it to be a pirate in the Eastern Caribbean, pirating a Spotify app; however, what’s on this app certainly isn’t Black Gospel. Any help would be appreciated.

After googling it, it appears that the 89.1 at the end might be "Fusion Radio" from Anguilla

HEY I think you’re right! It certainly would fit the area I heard. You must admit that the “F” sound is hard to hear. Gonna listen to their live stream later. That announcement sounds like something played often. Thanks a bunch! (Even World Radio Map doesn’t list Fusion.)
