    Hi, I like your Lebkuchen recipe. Unfortunately, the link to the recipe failed & there was error 404. Can you please fix the link. Would like to try your recipe.

    Do you let the dough rest for 24 hours at room temperature, or in the refrigerator? And do you cover the bowl with cling film?

      Yes I cover it with a plate or cling wrap. And I put it in the garage over night, not in the fridge.

      I cover it with cling wrap and let it rest in my garage. That is a bit cooler than room temperature but not fridge. Christmas time in NZ is spring. :-) And I do not use my Garage for parking the car, but for baking. :-))
