    My girl! Thanks for always reminding me to check in with my body and move my split around with energy levels when the fitness industry so often says otherwise. My mind body and soul thanks you❤️

    Bex!! This is insane!! I literally found your channel like an hour ago. Ive been trying to change my training to a more hybrid like split and lean more into athleticism and performance instead of only aesthetics. I am binge watching your videos right now. I LOVE the way you train. Really glad I found your channel! Big inspiration!

    Hey Bex! You randomly popped on my instagram one day and I started following you. I usually do that with people that catch my eye only to unfollow them two days later. It's different with you. I love what you create, you're enthusiasm about fitness but also proper its education. Do you think you would ever share with us how you learn? I have so many questions but I don't really know where to go to find answers. I wanna take care of my body but I find it so difficult to learn the truth without being able to find it among the lies in the fitness community. Thank you! Love you!!

      Hey thank you so much for this comment, it means a lot to me. 🙌🙌🙌 of course! I spend a lot of time trying to expand my brain through continuing education and that looks different depending on if it’s thru shadowing, mentoring, interning, certification courses, in person or online conferences, working hands on etc. I’ve done all of those and find great value in them all tbh. I would definitely love to talk more about this in the future :-)
