I don't know what would you learn from this long podcast that you didn't know about before. I'm sure the interviewee could prepare better before the session. Also just too much self love. Wharton, top MBA, so hard to get into. There are many jobs harder than this and many people with very little formal education have done very well in startup, investments, and silicon valley.
