Jennifer Dorsett In my opinion you especially need it on Legendary, as all the other "heavy firearms" don't have as much ammunition, and are harder to get. I'd rather have a full loaded pistol than a rifle with 12 rounds.

That's because this vibe of vast and wild unexplored/virgin territories is lacking in Halo 2 & 3... Halo CE makes you feel like you're really far from home... 🪐
Plus, its story is thriller-designed around the mystery of the HALO ring, unlike the sequels which fail to offer the same amount of mystery, since they are more oriented toward characters and action than suspens and adventure. Halo CE, however, feels like you're on the tracks of a deep and ancient secret unrevealed, and it just feels so immersive & hyping...

1:55 : Halo, when you're with Sargent Johnson and you're about to take on the last two dropships.
3:17 : Pillar of Autumn, final cutscene.

if theres a modder out there who can make a UI to allow for basic ally commands (a la Republic commando/ ghost recon) that would be neat to experience when clearing Truth & Reconciliation.
