I definitely prefer pressing the bushings out instead of burning them out. I used a pair of appropriately sized sockets, cut flats off of the shoulders of the bushing and used a big wrench to rest against the arm material to let the bushing get pushed up into the larger socket.
Good job! More content like this! Also, you have a lot of customer cars in your shop. You need to be doing vids on those.. even If they are small jobs!
Not as exciting as your Miata. My friend and I ( more likely him) are putting in struts on my 2002 Caravan. 174,000 kliks, original struts. Tough old bucket of bolts and nuts. Struts are surprisingly expensive.
People always focus on engines, exhaust, and glam stuff. I love it when people focus on the details.
Thanks for posting this.
Safety and handling first, power later

I need all of my bushings done!!

Wheels and tires look good, but are too big and heavy for a stock street driven Miata. You'll definitely lose acceleration speed.
if there's One place to save weight it's un-sprung weight and even more so for unsprung rotational weight.. Top Marks
They actually weight almost the same as a stock Miata 17” wheel and tire. I didn’t lose any MPG with the wheels.
