Soft & Fluffy Tangzhong Chocolate Loaf

  • For this Tangzhong Chocolate loaf, I used the Tangzhong Milk Bread recipe (thebakeanista....) but simply added 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder along with the flour into the main dough and adjusted the milk to 140ml.
    If you like inclusions, add in dried fruits and nuts during the last 30secs of kneading for TM / last 5 minutes of kneading for conventional method. I used a total of 100g inclusions as per ratio noted below but feel free to add/omit and adjust the amount to your liking. Make it your loaf!
    20g cranberries
    20g sultanas
    15g raisins
    15g orange peel
    15g sunflower seeds
    15g pumpkin seeds
