It is a 1978 F350, but since they didn't make a 4x4 version of the f-350 in 78 I used a 1978 f-250 to do the 4x4 conversion. There were about 3000 1978 f-350s made, and this is one of them. ❤

Head lights are the clue. Only year with rectangle head lights
1978 was the first year they started switching to square headlights. They are on both 1978 and 1979 versions of the truck
