We didn't get to see the room that was across from the kitchen. I'm assuming it's an office? The backyard is AMAZING!!! However, what kills it for me is the lack of privacy from the apartment building next door. That's too bad.
This is not an apartment, I had to watch it back to see what everyone was talking about. That’s the RV garage next-door. That’s attached to the home. Same style home by DR Horton just has that RV garage instead of the fourth car.
Astro-turf and gravel. This property is not meant for kids or pets. During the summer, the ground will soak up heat and be unbearable to walk or play on. Because of the courtyard, you would have to walk 40 feet in weather just to answer the front door. The house itself is basic. In all, I don't see this property going for more than 800k.
Terribly boring floor plan for the price, imo. Things aren't as big as they appear, distorted by the wide-angle camera lens. The "she-shed" doesn't appear to have electricity--so no lighting nor air conditioning unless you have it wired--it's just a glorified shed. Also, it's not insulated. No stove or water heater in the casita (You're going to rent it out with the tenant using your hot water? I don't think so. Maybe to family.). No HOA, lot size and the view are the pluses. Overpriced imo.
