my 15 year old daughter is breathing heavily, if I sit next to her and she is completely at ease, no physical effort preceding, I hear her heavy breathing. She uses antipsychotics, has a BMI 26.4 waist circumference 98 cm. Is this heavy breathing what you are referring to when you talk about 'shortness of breath'?
My dad do feel breathless and do cough at night. He is been manage for heart failure. What can we do to improve is heart pls.

I have this wierd problem in which I have to take sudden deep breaths only when I am aware that I am breathing, it feels like my lungs don't expand enough

I visited a Dr , he gave few medication for 5 days
By the end of the 5th day I felt like it was totally gone , so after the medications were stopped I am feeling the same shortness of breath again and today right now also I have a slight shortness of breath
