Great video, thank you very much. Did you say you get your boxes at WalMart? I didn’t know they sold those in quantities. I’ve just starting making mugs … I mean JUST. So I’m really excited now that I saw your tutorial on shipping. I love the confetti you use in the boxes in lieu of peanuts.
Yes Walmart has great prices. You must order them online. They come from supply hut though but cheaper when you order them through Walmart. Put in any size for shipping boxes and it will come up.
Shipping in canada here is basically the price of my mugs & im not sure what to price them at best or what im doing wrong with shipping 😅

Thank you for creating tutorials on all the “other stuff” you need to know how to do when starting an Etsy shop! Not just the crafty stuff! But question- the Minnie Mouse tumbler you said was shipping priority- so why didn’t you use one of the free priority boxes? Is there a special reason that I’m missing?
It cost more and it’s a flat rate when I use the unmarked box and weight it it comes out cheaper

Thank you so much for sharing. How do you send the tracking to your customers? I thought Etsy send the tracking directly to them.
Etsy does but sometimes I have gotten messages saying they didn’t get it so I always do it manually after I create shipping label and click done you will see where it says do you want to add tracking to customer. I always enter the tracking.

Hi. Ms. Katrina. Your thermal shipping machine is only for etsy or isn't for usps? And, do you always use etsy shipping? Thank you, in advance. I'd like to purchase.
I use it for Shopify as well. You can use the thermal printing machine for any label on any platform.

@@JAHNO321 hello I don’t use paper for my hate. I have never used transfers as of yet. I use puff vinyl but mainly I uses HTV flock on hats.
Is it possible to take the packaged box to the post office and ship it out there with their shipping label and not print it out from Etsy? I don’t have a scale to weigh the box to get the shipping label sorry it’s my first time shipping from Etsy
The way Etsy is set up from what I remember I always printed my labels at home. Not sure how you print them at the post office. They can’t log on your account and print for you. But again I don’t know or have never heard of that

Hi Katrina, thanks for creating the video on shipping. This helped me out because My tumblers had a 50/50 chance on getting there broke despite having it in bubble wrap. Can you tell me how much does it cost-to ship with the priority box? Thank you keep up the good work.
I don’t use the priority boxes. The rates are higher. I use unmarked boxes and ship by weight. But you can go on USPS or use your shipping platform to get your rates

@@brittanyg5175 same thing. Just measure your mugs put them together and measure the width and height. to see what size box to buy. That’s what I did the very first time.
