Put "gluten free" in the title since you're using potato starch! You'll get a lot more viewers, especially those who cook gluten free. I think you inadvertently made it gluten free, which is what many people search for. 😂

That potato starch with that double stage frying really did a magical work on the wings. Absolutely crunchy and crispy from the outside, extremely juicy from the inside.

I made this recipe, its very good, love the crispiness, only thing I would say is that using to much vinegar in the sauce can make it very strong, so if you don't want that taste leave the white vinegar out of the sauce

I know the issue, it happened to me before. Put all the ingredients in the saucepan, and then put the pan to medium heat. Make sure the sauce pan is not heated up when you put in the ingredients.
you dont need to heat up the pan you just gradually increase the temp while whisking continuously to incorporate the butter into the sauce else you would end up with the oil layer separate
