After all these years I still do this every morning and I can say that without a doubt this is one of the most powerful spiritual practices I have ever come across in my life
Thank you SO much for this. I have been experiencing strange bouts of negativity in the last couple of weeks. This is not like me, to feel snappy, anxious and depressed. This morning I woke up and checked in for your weekly angel messages and over to the right was exactly what I was looking for with regard to pyschic protection. As usual, when I listen to your messages, I space out for while....which in itself is phenomenal, but also helped immediately. I don't know where this negativity comes from but I am ever so glad to get rid of it.
