Oh wow!! I see light, turns into shapes or colors, had no idea it could transform to human. They did tell me I had visions with light but didn’t know what they meant. They guided me to this video with my pendulum. This morning I thought I saw someone in the corner of my eye. When I looked nothing was there, then I smiled.

I’ve just discovered you and got your book. Apparently I had 3 special friends as a little person yet I’ve NO recollection. People always say they remember being this way from small. I do not. They’re just stories to me. know I shut down from age 3-19. Human life was difficult in many ways yet I managed to make it look good for me.

My daughter sees orbs of light that are almost always blue and red..shes only 4 & not afraid anymore because I told her they're her guides, angels or ancestors ❤ i know they're good spirits because she said they made the shape of a heart when her daddy was saying a prayer. I love that story and yes the children are being born on a different level and the baby’s born today are at mastery level , they had to be to help bring peace on earth. I posted video on TH-cam under Valerie Snyder something God blessed me with and you see the orb come and get on my jacket and then I called for AA Michael to come and he showed up like a cloud in the sky shaped like an Angel. The sun pulsated with my every breath. I know we’re not alone
Apparently you can be quite psychic this whole time, but sometimes you have to REALIZE it more than develop it. Because I’ve BEEN seeing and hearing a lot! I just didn’t realize that’s what it was . ❤

I've been taking online classes to help increase abilities. Now, in meditation ir dreams, Source tells me or shows me how thibgs work, the day before a particular lesson on something. Its so cool! I've been connecting deeply and daily for about three years. The voices and images are getting stronger, more frequent and im learning how to tune in the right way at the right time for what i need/want.

Don't play small. It doesn't suit you. Ever. And don't let anyone let you play small either. (When someone, even a "mentor" gives you a "no" ask your soul "are they right?" And I am sure before you get the question out, your answer will come flying back a resounding Truth. (Angels whisper to you, my dear.) Maybe what is a No for them, is a YES for you. And maybe they just won't admit they aren't the one to teach you because they don't know how to themselves, or they don't really know what is possible. That is why it is necessary for mentors and guides to source High Truth - not their own limitations of learned material.) YOU are capable beyond your present awareness. When my good friend Vicky left her body behind:
I had been one of her primary caregivers through her cancer. I woke up at midnight, sat up in bed and said, "something is wrong with Vicky!" I started calling all of the Chinese numbers for people who would be there. Nothing. I closed my eyes again... hoping to know if I should start driving or not. Vicky hated confrontation and her new partner was trying to isolate her. She had tried to prevent Vicky's friends from seeing her recently... against Vicky's will. But Vicky hated confrontation so I didn't want to go there if it wasn't best. I only closed my eyes for a minute. When I opened them again, Vicky was standing there. She said, "it's OK. I'm fine, and I left my body. Don't go there. There's no need. I love you". And then she was gone.
So I went back to sleep. I got the call at 3 AM. After her partner had called one of our friends and told her, she called me- crying. I sleepily said, "I know. She died at midnight". She was very confused! 😆 🤣 😂
The caregiving journey can be one of the most challenging yet, at the same time, one of the most rewarding experiences we can be blessed with. 💖 🙏

For the longest time these gifts have been a part of me so much so that I definitely thought everything was me, because the idea of "psychic" and psychosis was the same thing in my family growing up so I learned how to repress the sharing of these gifts openly and it feels so refreshing to just be able to watch this and know exactly that the very things you have experienced are real and valid because they are all a part of my every day life, I just never had anyone to share these experiences with. Oh wow I was doing the aura exercise and since I don’t have a friend to help me I just looked at myself in the mirror and I literally saw a silhouette of a tall figure stand next to me sort of behind me? And as I kept looking I saw another two that were closer to my height! I immediately heard Spirit guide for the tall one and the other smaller I believe are my loved ones (my parents) that passed. I felt so loved and happy I was sweating and smiling! This is amazing. After that I tried the exercise again and instead of seeing them, I saw my auric field VERY bright and strong, a thick outline of my body! They helped me see my aura! It was completely white.

Thank you for the explanation of how subtle seeing can be. After trying the exercises I noticed I " see" more at the top of !y head vs looking straight ahead with eyes closed. I didn't have much luck with the aura part though..

I really appreciate your teachings and all the personal stories you are sharing with us, Constance ❤🙏 I'm a very focused and practical girl, but from time to time I have sorts of visions... Like when i used to take the tram before, in my peripheral vision I could perceive for instance a big black lady, and then I would turn my head and see that the person sitting next to me was not that big black lady, but a tiny white girl... lol I used to laugh and play quite a bit with these experiences... but anyway, just to say that I'm very grateful for all these free teachings and education that you give us here... I have a few friends who are totally unfocused/ peripheral, and it truly, truly helps me understand them better, respect their world better, and love them better (I hope) ultimately... When you see auras on plants do you see color or just the glow?Plants always glow to me and I never see color, but I see color on everything else.
I see everything's life force which is a white glow to me. This is on plant life, tree's, animals & people as well as tree's violet auras.

Thank you so much for all of these videos. It has given me lots of affirmations to help build my confidence
My first remembrance of seeing spirit is at 2. My guardian angel would play with me by floating down a spiral staircase in the house we lived in and disappearing before she hit the bottom floor where I was. Then she reappeared at the top of the stairs and would float down again. This went on for a long time until my mother would come pick me up. Now that I'm older, I have many of the clairs, and typically sense spirits physically or see them as orbs of light that show me what they looked like in life through my mind's eye.

I just always want people to give each a try and see if they want to develop it with further practice. This is so fun and helpful. You make this really fun and I loved the part about the non believer 😆 Saw a mist like aura and that's just really neat!! I'm in a spirited house and over the years I've had several experiences. I can hear people talking downstairs and no one is home. As soon as I open the door at the top of the stairs, it goes very quiet. I can sense when spirit is in the room with me, though I can rarely see them. For a short period of time, i could see medium/light green symbols all over the wall, now I know them as ancient writing, and only as I was waking up. They never came after I accepted sobriety. There was 3 knocks on my closed door while no one else was home, and a black head, no features, just a solid black head came out from the bureau and as soon as I saw it it went back to become part of the bureau again. They surprise me but I'm not really afraid of them. I don't understand why be afraid of something that hasn't done anything hurtful. Not sure what to do with it and I hope you can help me and others about these types of occurrences. So appreciate you!! You're so much fun 😊🎉

Where does your focus go?
Sometimes when we close our eyes and our attention goes up or it feels as if we are all of the sudden looking up or are drawn to look up, even with eyes closed, it is because there is the presence of a high-level guide, Angel, or Source Energy/God wanting to connect. Your eyes -in essence - are tuning into that higher vibration automatically. Your attention is literally, knowingly, automatically turning to it.
This is why in so many of the saints' images from various faith traditions, we see them gazing up - to that higher frequency.
Some people when tuning inward to their own soul's truth (or when cosmic-all is expressing as an internal experience) may have more of an inward gaze.
And, get this, your gaze may automatically shift according to the experience you are about to have. Are you working to source answers about your own soul, chakras, etc. or are you tuning in to seek guidance beyond you?
I just suggest you and others might want to note it as part of your own journaled experiences in your own spiritual practice when putting these skills into your life.

@@constancemessmerThanks so much for the reply! To make a long story short I often receive numbers clairvoyantly. I've been able to use them to my benefit. So, when you stated to note the direction. I've been doing that this week. I'm noticing that the numbers to my left have been winning numbers. That's all I can say for now. 😊 This is sooo cool!

So I have full blown clairaudience and I spent much of my life shutting these things down to be “normal”
And after the transition of my brother with whom I share a braided soul, I’m gently opening to sight, with tender awareness that this door could be too much for me to open for purposes of functioning in the 3D

when i was about 8 years old i had a light being visit me. I kinda got scared and yelled for my grandma. I haven’t seen the light being ever again. I hope i can learn to contact them one day

My great grandson is 1 year old. His daddy, my grandson, was raised to know about spirit, but often has been skeptical. Hunter, the daddy, told me that he gets a little frustrated and sad when it's daytime, and he's able to spend time with his son playing... because his son, 1 year old Tatum, is busy talking and wanking around, not playing with toys or Daddy. I told him, "you know Tatum is young enough that he can probably still see and hear spirits." Hunter said, "I know. I've been yhinking about that a lot lately." I asked him to please believe Tatum if he talks about friends that no one else can see. Hunter said he would. 😀
And so it begins.
My daughter (Hunter's mom) was/is pretty clairvoyant, as am I.

@constancemessmer it turns out that Tatum's daddy (my grandson) and mommy have decided to not discuss spirits. They are in fear of negative energies being "accidentally invited in". I know that's not possible/necessary and is counterproductive, but they don't. Spirit told me that Tatum will lead them. At this time it's not possible for me to support Tatum verbally/physically, but I do so through sending light, love, support. Changes have happened in our family that make it clear that his 1 year old soul is already guiding them. :)
About two years ago I saw my cousin with my physical eyes who had passed about one week ago. This was the first time I ever saw spirit with my physical eyes.

I have visions when I meditate and I've also had visions while I'm doing other things, it's like they overlay the physical realm. I've had strong visions when I first wake up and I also dream 1 to 3 times a night... I just don't understand all of them.... This all just started last August, so it's been a pretty crazy ride.
I hope you keep a Dream Journal and a Visions Journal. It will help along the way!!! Also, I will have a Dream Video coming out. I think it will be helpful and you will be able to relate to it...loads!!!
I saw the shape of a friend brother who had just lost his life. He showed up in their new house & scared me to death!!

Last night, I was almost sleeping and suddenly I had a vision (it was the first time). I was a little afraid for two seconds but I remembered I had an amethyst under my pillow (I was protected)
two days ago I saw it ! It was evening, I took out the garbage cans, when I went down the stairs I saw a man dressed entirely in black (he also had a black hood) He was walking on the sidewalk across the street, just like in my vision! What do you call that? Premonition?
I see downloads with my eyes open but it’s like a movie . I wish I could talk to you

I lay down an out of this world moving energy colors lites I feel like on a ship a travel fast. I know I’m still in my bed. I have had colored lites come down like mist embrace my face. My ceiling turns into a window had a tree loose all its peddles and fall snow storms showing neighborhoods. Could it be my spirits just want me to enjoy? In the moments of the experience or after, you can ask: What is the meaning of all of this? Your heart knows the truth and will guide you. You can ask if it is coming from YOU or a visual guidance from beyond. Either way, ask: What more do I need to know about this? YOU GOT THIS!
I worked at a retirement home as housekeeping during Covid for 4 years after working for 25 years in daycare. I had to leave I was getting way too much from everyone I was so overwhelmed by the energy. I tried helping everyone sitting in those beds each room had 2 customers each with a building of over 100 rooms . I used to get yelled at for being happy well no one told me we had a death that day I was being my normal self at the end when I quit I was miserable I got yelled at if I spoke. At the end I started to imagine I saw my family members at the rehabilitation retirement home. I saw my uncle my father inlaw and my husband in beds severely sick amputated legs , kidney failure and cancer. After I quit 1 y my In law passed, 2 years my Uncle from kidney/liver failure. 3 years now dealing with husband and diabetic complications. I am getting ready for anything coming.

I’ve had 2 experiences where I saw little sparks of light floating together as if it was one thing. I’ve seen them when others were around and they couldn’t see anything. The first time they were a red color and the second time green.
I suggest you bring that experience to mind and ask: Who or What was that? And see what you get as an answer...
Has any one ever experienced a lightning ball appearing by your head and making a loud popping noise and then disappearing with a crackle. And no one else saw it. Also has any one experienced seeing blinking spots in your vision with your eyes open and your in town driving. The only way I could describe it is like the air around me was glittering or moving? It lasted about 5 minutes and was over and the sun wasn’t out it was a cloudy day.

There are many ways to shake those fears. Start by setting your intention to fully rid yourself of those fears. Be strong in setting your intention and sit with it during your meditation time. Remember the word psychic comes from the Greek word "psychikos" meaning the understanding of soul, spirit and mind. Various religions use these words in their teachings. See how this is all truly connected!!!

I am looking forward to it you know when you said things out of the corner of my eye I was in lol thank you I can't wait.
During the time when I was practicing my psychic development. First, I saw a dark shadow in my apartment. Then, I saw people-marching scene from the 1950s. Then, for no reason of my own and I had no connection to the state of Ohio, I wrote a letter to Columbus, OH inquiring about someone whom I don't know and whose information is not public. Then one morning, I saw a man who was standing close to me on my left, then he was walking over and grab a pink shirt from my closet and laughing. I got mad at him for intruding into my belonging. Then he said, "Do you know who I am?!" I was mad at him for yelling at me, and I said, "I don't care who you are!!" Then, he disappeared from my vision and that's when I only visually saw my closet and realized that I just had a full psychic vision of a Hawaiian looking man, 8-feet tall, bold-headed and in his 50s.

Out of curiosity, will our abilities change, get stronger after this eclipse on april 8th. I have been communicating with my guides, After a long wait, like 40 years. A few months ago, my energy just seemed to weaken. What could I do to receive more. I live in a state that's cold and dark. And I can't get out to the park. I am 66, and the weather and I are not friends all of the time. But this is very important to me. I lost it for so many years as a child. always being told not to speak about it. Now that it has come back to me, 🙏🏻I want it to stay with me.💕💕

When I look at the sun and look away, I see circular shapes with long vertical stems floating around. When the light is turned on in my room, sometimes I see circular shape of the bulb floating in my room. When I’m watching a video and I look away, I can see the screen and people in auric form on my wall. Can you please explain what this is? Thank you
I'm thinking that would be physiological afterimage. Look that up and see if that resonates with you.
In my video ClairVoyance lesson, what I encourage you to do for seeing your own and other's auras is different. Try holding your hand up to a blank wall, arms distance away, look with a soft gaze at the space between your fingers. Try that. Once you really recognize the soft gaze and the space between and then see your own energy field, try looking the same way around plants, animals, or people. And often when many get ClairVoyant images inside their mind's eye it is the impression of someone - maybe not a full solid "picture" of someone. You got this!!! Just keep at it. xxxconstance

I actually don’t know the answer. I may on another conscious level but I’m unsure as to what all I see. I am new on my journey. And at first it kinda freaked me out. The shapes appearing on the wall that dissipate when I try to focus. I can see geometry patterns inside the moon as well. It kinda looks like a flower of life?!
I had an experience where my friends uncle came to me and told me to call my friend and have her mother call her brother there was something happening for dom. Not knowing what to do I left it a few hrs and he never left and kept telling me to call At 11 pm I had enough and made the call. Dom was indeed in need of help and through this was saved from a terrible situation. I could see him in my minds eye and hear him quite clearly. It was then that I started to listen and see spirit though it is fleeting. Usually when there is a crisis.

I can't see anything clearly without glasses on and I find these exercises easier to do with my glasses off. Everything's blurred because I'm not wearing glasses so it's hard to tell what is blur and what is aura. Should I be trying to see auras with my glasses on?

My dog is still living here with me in the physical but is now 18 years old and has cushings disease. Her personality has changed completely from what she was like even 5 years ago. Ive been seeing what looks like a hazy impression of my dog from the corner of my eye or I will see her walking around my feet or catch here tail disappearing round the door but meanwhile my dog is out in the back yard no where near where I just saw her. I’m not sure what spirit is trying to tell me but I get the feeling my dog is on the cusp of passing away soon. Could you please shed any light on what’s going on?
