that just won't work if someone is cutting your heart every time they see you with a sword thought form or they are using an image of a small red light burning your heart and damaging you with heavy sick energy...you either move away from seeing that person or you up your knowledge to use protective amulets or you will have a heart attack..if you have years of meditation experience and reciting mantras and breathing with visualization you are in with a chance to survive but if the attacker is stronger he kills you just by a thought form...some people are very dangerous to be around...just 5 minutes of a person constantly cutting your heart can kill you..if not at the time then day or two or days later from all your energy blocked

Yes! Amen to that. Unnerving when you can literally feel someone’s subconscious or their inner being trying to mess with you energetically. Not because they are bad people but because they are lost and they feel that if they can mess with someone who is gentle or empathic that then empowers them and gives them control therefore they feel better about themselves. Then convincing themselves they are above others. Through the ascension happening on the planet right now I have been experiencing this so much in the last few weeks and this video couldn’t have come at a better time. We are fine and all is well. I have been attacked quite a bit from " dark" lower energy astral beings the last years. I always claim sovereignty, ask them to leave , send them love & light and ask for angels & guides for support. It works every time for me, but can take minutes or more.
I was once attacked too. I keep seeing this child that looks like my daughter but it smiles at me and it's only for a few sec anytime I am feeling low or stressed. Any idea what that could mean

I would ask/ command it to go towards the light next time and send it love or ask it why it contact you, does it have a message ?. I live in a big city and close to a big old cemetery where I often walk and try to hold high vibration and meditate. One day a few years back I got some heavy low vibe spirit/ soul home with me and it stayed for days in my living room. I didn't feel it did evil stuff to me, but it was just hanging out maybe feeding of my light. It was a super hot summer, but my living room was pleasantly cold. I prayed, burned sage, asked it to go and the others things I have mentioned. I was happy it left, but on the other hand it worked as a free air conditioner in the heat wave and kept my room cool. So I guess sometimes the dark can serve the light at a price of cause. As Christina says we are super powerful and we must be confident, sovereign and clear our spaces for that not serving the light 😊🙏🌻✨️

Training yourself to be the dominant energy in a space sounds great, but it's not that simple. Other people are also doing that simultaneously all the time, and you will end up in a weird energy battle with them. Taking dominance over a space also makes you into a person who can unintentionally hurt others by not co-creating with them and just trying to dominate.
I think this can be interpreted as in a dominate with a "kill them with kindness" energy. If you come across a dominant negative energy that seems to be targeting your lighter positive energy, or the lighter energy of others you can dominate the negative energy with kindness while being stern as well. You can be both in any situation if need be. Your default position, of course, should be to be the positive energy, but always be capable of inserting the fact you will not tolerate a bully toward yourself or anyone else. 9 times out of 10 it works and the bully or negative wannbe dominate energy is going to dissipate. That's why they say "if you don't confront a bully they will never stop" You must be able to stand firm for what you believe in, even if you are very delicate as most empaths are. Until you can do this, you may be a victim to psychic attacks. If by chance the negative energy is even still wanting to be overpowering, you may find you are in a very dangerous situation or toxic situation that would be best you leave alone anyway.
The energy of love or joy or inner peace is always stronger than any negative energy. If you are strongly anchored in the consciousness and feeling of peace or love or joy then you will always be the "dominant" energy in a space. You are literally radiating the positive energy in all directions effortlessly without even trying to because you've trained yourself through meditation and effective prayer to BE this energy of peace, love and joy. It's not about dominating others. It's about being who you really are which is the strongest energy there is: Love, Joy and Peace.

It's not always sunshine and rainbows even if you do meditate 24 hours a day you can and will come across people who spiritually are geared to tear you and anyone else apart, the goal is to be prepared to come up against this. No use getting stuck on the words used to get the point across like "dominate" etc. The message is clear for those who are trying to understand.

Thank you, I needed to hear this. I often wake up with very heavy energy. It confuses me a lot because I'm very positive. This morning I just thought "this is not my energy" it is here but it is outside of me and I'm just sensing it. So even more reason to make it a happy day for me so it becomes lighter for others.
Whenever you're around people it's just expected to have most people rub their toxicity on you. Bad energy is real and it exists in men and women! Most people are not good and love being evil!!

I also notice when i drink, or listen to news...and my vibrations are lower....i can be more susceptible. But even at that, recalling our power is not as hard as they make it seem.
I encountered psychic attacks within our apartment for months. I didn't know what is a psychic attacks but was experiencing energy drains frequently, until an acquaintance told me that there was a chip in my aura and a shadow intruder in the apartment (I had seen a shadow figure by coincidence one morning in the living room). After a thorough check, there were 3 of them. We did a simple salt and smoke cleansing on 3 occasions. An energy healer I consulted mentioned eel-like entities or archonic entities leeching the solar plexus. I was grateful that with her guide, she was able to do a clearing for me. The psychic attacks declined considerably after we remedied the problems.
I saw eel things on someone's solar plexus once (i told a reiki healer about them. i thought they were psychic cords, but he told me I'd described astral parasites?).

I had a situation arise at 12:34 where I began feeling "the outsider" amd anxiety energy, then immediately received a text from someone wanting to hang out who struggles with anxiety and her shadows. when i was going through darker periods during my awakening journey(past 12 years) I would get psychic attacks from entities in my dream state. Every time i stood my ground with them. I believe they kept trying because 1. I am a very powerful empath 2. I was in physical and emotional exhaustion aka weakness. They are nothing to fear, nor do they have power over us.
Never had happened but this morning it happened to my partner & myself. At 4am I had a lucid dream where I was being held underwater on the ocean floor. Starting to drown, I thought how ridiculous. I can swin to the surface. The force released me and I woke up. 3 hours later. My partner, lying on their stomach, had their face forcefully shoved into their pillow. An empath has a fragile nervous system that gets worn down as well. Like a battery that gets low, thinking happy thoughts doesnt always fix it. It is true, as within so without, but it's a fact as without so within. To keep an energy that is always overpowering others takes a skillset, I've never seen. We are tuning forks, we can affect others but that goes both ways. If there are 5 tuning forks to your 1 tuning fork.. how does that work? How do you becoming the bigger tuning fork that can dominate when out numbered? Just thinking you are powerful..

It truly makes sense. Once, years ago, I changed the whole energy of a mall were I was inside. I didn't like the energy so I changed it. Now, those last years, I was always saying that I can't change the energy of "the place that I'm in" because I am not into my power. Be it my house, my room or the surroundings of my house and so on. Since I think that I can't do it very well the result is that the belief become an afirmation and indeed it happens. I have to be more careful with affirmations and my mind.

when i was going through darker periods during my awakening journey(past 12 years) I would get psychic attacks from entities in my dream state. Every time i stood my ground with them. I believe they kept trying because 1. I am a very powerful empath 2. I was in physical and emotional exhaustion aka weakness. They are nothing to fear, nor do they have power over us.

Never had happened but this morning it happened to my partner & myself.
At 4am I had a lucid dream where I was being held underwater on the ocean floor. Starting to drown, I thought how ridiculous. I can swin to the surface. The force released me and I woke up.
3 hours later. My partner, lying on their stomach, had their face forcefully shoved into their pillow. They began to pray and the force released.

This is a good mindset. THERE IS NO ENERGY MORE POWERFUL THAN ME. I AM IN MY OWN ENERGY.
An empath has a fragile nervous system that gets worn down as well. Like a battery that gets low, thinking happy thoughts doesnt always fix it. It is true, as within so without, but it's a fact as without so within. To keep an energy that is always overpowering others takes a skillset, I've never seen. We are tuning forks, we can affect others but that goes both ways. If there are 5 tuning forks to your 1 tuning fork.. how does that work? How do you becoming the bigger tuning fork that can dominate when out numbered? Just thinking you are powerful..

It truly makes sense. Once, years ago, I changed the whole energy of a mall were I was inside. I didn't like the energy so I changed it.
Now, those last years, I was always saying that I can't change the energy of "the place that I'm in" because I am not into my power. Be it my house, my room or the surroundings of my house and so on. Since I think that I can't do it very well the result is that the belief become an afirmation and indeed it happens. I have to be more careful with affirmations and my mind.

Thank you. This was very helpful. I feel like there's been a lot of overpowering energy being imposed onto me from outside sources and I've been going the route of feeling into it as mindfully as possible, using it as a source of teaching me about anger, emotions, resilience, not getting my way, etc. The concept of letting go of needing protection from anything and simply coming into my power is something I've been more or less working towards as nothing I do seems to make it go away, so hearing it from you is affirming for me and I think is a game changer. I love this it's conformation. Me going around sage in and such feels like it's actually taking. Then I say no one can change how I feel unless I let them. Then I practice spiritual practices and Prayer and do my best to let go after wards. Off nothing spiritual showers and intention has helped
