I was doing this meditation as I often do, but this time while sitting on the balcony of my hotel room overlooking the ocean - two black crows appeared and stayed with me for a few minutes then flew away, one came back and then flew off again. They were gorgeous and magical!
The video finished and I looked at the clock, 2:22 WOW felt all tingly & instant cleansing take place. Felt the holy spirit presence take over.

Hi Melanie! Thank you for all your free aura cleansing and spiritual energy meditations! (and also providing a link to the text version) This one reminds me of energy circulation exercises I do that are similar to how you described - first visualizing the Cosmic energy coming down into our aura & upper chakras and the Earth energy traveling up through our lower chakras to meet at the heart chakra. I like to pull down the Cosmic energy with my hands from my crown chakra down through the lower chakras, then I move my arms up & around in the torroidal arc you mentioned - clearing out "icky" energy by moving it up out of the chakras and out of the aura by moving my arms to circulate it up & out to the Universe to be transmuted & transformed into Cosmic light, then cycle that Cosmic energy back down into the chakras & aura and then down through the lower chakras to the feet. I get an energy cleansing as well as some physical exercise! :) I like to do it outside in the Sun and also at night under the Moon & Stars.
