The Jubilee is badass, very versatile. Try Texas Special type pups with the Rhythm clip pull engaged.... On both channels! And of course some quality Humbuckers. 🤘
That was an AMAZING video! Your playing is always on FIRE and your tone is always AMAZING as well! Thank you so much for sharing your PHENOMENAL content!🚀🔥🔥🎸
Congratulations on your new Marshall Jubilee amp! I'm thrilled for you. They're truly fantastic. I have two JCM Slash heads, which are based on the same amp, and the tone is incredible. It's fascinating how many traditional Fender amp players are amazed by the Marshall's sound, particularly its clean tone, as you demonstrated. The darker, overdriven sound you can achieve without any pedals is astonishing and often leaves Fender amp users, who rely on pedals for that tone, completely surprised. With this amp, you can achieve everything from pristine cleans to wide-open driven tones with that classic Marshall 'sag.' Joe Bonamassa, Slash, Rich Robinson of the Black Crowes, and John Frusciante of the Red Hot Chili Peppers are just a few who use these amps to create some of the most iconic rock and blues tones. Well done on the Marshall endorsement as well. 😊 P.S: That’s a fantastic Hendrix tone. Marshall is the secret sauce 😉 Great playing as well!!!
I have the afd100, satriani jvm and a silver jubilee. I love the jubilee the best. May have to sell the others. Ps. Hit the lead channel with a klon style pedal. It’s heaven !!!! The silver jubilee is the best amp Marshall ever made !
This may be a strange request…. But please do a video with Jubilee-Texas Twang-Les Paul. I would love to see how much heavy lifting the Texas Twang can do to get to the Texas Blues sound.
Sounds hendrix-ish, but definitely not Frusciante. Frusciante’s sound has way less brightness to it, which forces you to attack the strings. The ultimate Frusciante rig would be a Marshall Major
Marshall and Fender amps compliment each other frequency wise Marshall’s have more midrange than Fender’s and Fender’s have more low end and spanky high’s.. SRV and other greats would use different amps together to get what frequencies they wanted to hear or what might have been lacking.. All is subjective of course what the artist is wanting.. But definitely Marshall cleans are a sound uniquely their own .. Marshall clean and Fender edge of breakup combined sounds good but adding the Dumble clean and or overdrive is a whole different layer also .. It’s really interesting in general how different amps interact with each other
Thank you for the shoutout. Your to kind.
❤️❤️
There's only one Dave Simpson!!!

That's my amp! Thank for buying it off me, you helped get me through a rough patch with the funds!
That’s so awesome to hear mate, thank you for that and it’s gone to a good home ❤️
Sounds so accurate.
All of it sounds AMAZING 🤤🤤🤤🎸🎶🎸🎶👌🏻
Youre having almost too much fun !!😅 Love it! I have a JCM900 50W with a 2X12 cab but we just haven't bonded. Still trying.
Needs a DS-2 and an ibanez wah for the full Frusciante sound
Absolutely fantastic have a wonderful day chris also i enjoy Dave's videos to be honest ❤😊
Sounds dang good😃😃
Tasty Chris!, I just love me some 100 watt cleans

Yes a silicon fuzz into a marshall is pure Hendrix

Just need to add a Marshall Major now and your done, at least that will cover John and Stevie 😉
Matt Bellamy also uses a silver jubilee, right? Can you demo it with Muse sound also?
Try to get a Marshall major like SRV 😁
Hey Chris you're used Fender Amps for ages on here but there's nothing like a Marshall and a Fuzz
I owned two original 50 watt Jubilees. Can't carry them so got rid of them. I used a lot cleaner sound though.
What amp settings are you using?
Great vid Chris! Just wondering, are you taking a line out from the hot plate or have you got a mic on the cab? Thanks!
Thanks a lot mate! Not using the line out here, just an SM57 in front of the Marshall cab Ⓜ️
Hendrix used a lot of Marshall amps live but used other amps and used Fender amps in the studio also.
Now we are talkin!!! Looking forward to a Frusciante phase!
