No unnecessary things at all, very good points. Good language and voice. I’d add a bit of high frequencies around 8-10 kHz to have it more audibly “readable”. Subscribed
I moved from Nikon to Sony when the A7R5 was released because so many little things where sorted on that camera, plus Tamron had the 20-40 that was just the range I use in my work combined with being able to punch in to 60mm with no real compromise in video
I'm also waiting for an A7cr II. What's holding me back from switching from my A7r IV is the non-fully mechanical shutter and I'm missing 1-2 custom buttons. The grip from the A6700 would also be nice.
I like the way you give your view about these camera, now i am searching a camera good for video and also sometime i want to use for photograph maybe my choice goes to a7c ii
I’m looking into this for my digital transformation of Leica / Canon M & LTM rangefinder form factor. I’m lifelong Nikon & half life Canon adapted What does Nikon Z or Canon R offer to compare to this? Or can bring in my. EF glass w/ full Af AI ?
You also hold a1 sometimes in your b-roll, why did you also get that together with the compact series? And is this paired with the 50/1.2 GM? That combo is not really compact anymore I guess. Why?
I quite like my Nikon D3300. It is lightweight, even with the 55-200mm lens; Other DSLR cameras similar size to the D3300 they felt heavy to handle. When the 'CCUK' have had hands-on to see if we like.
i call it the milk and cereals paradox. People asked for smaller cameras just for nowadays bloating them more than ever. Same as cereal manufacturers making them crunchier for centuries just for most people still liking to soak them and turn them into goo.
This made me laugh! When it comes to the cage though is useful for mounting options and well if you compare it to his previous set up that had a cage on it there’s still a net size and weight difference. But is still gooey
@@cameracentretv I've seen purebred street photographers still using SmallRig junk with nothing attached. They wanted Fuji because it's small enough for urban but then they add extensions. It's like tuning a Ferrari La Ferrari... even despite Fuji cameras are more comparable to Audi TT if anything
@@kingghidorah8106 I’d say Fuji cameras are more like a Mini Cooper, they are fun, kinda remind you of the old days and every now and then there’s powerful engine in one. With one exception instax series kinda looks similar to Audi TT
@@cameracentretv i was referring to their performance. The Instax look like Volkswagen beetle (in my opinion) Fuji was good, now they're Leica lite. I mean, they're definitely usable unlike Leica, but they're, like Leica, fairly overpriced. I still like the fact they offer great electronic shutter burst rates and goated readout speed. Sony shall give A6700 and A7IV 15fps on electronic, and reduce the readout from 60ms to 10ms, if it's possible and if possible, to not brick the cameras with the update 💀⚰️ I only use A7IV e shutter on long exposures and motion blur panning shots and architecture. Besides, since I'm using LA-EA5 the huge gap makes the camera sound like a DSLR, which I love.
A7c ii smaller but better than A7 IV A7c R smaller but image quality and functionalities below A7R V .. You could have opted for 2 bodies for A7c ii + A7R V
The hotshoe works with flash just fine as there is no damage to the center pin. Its the audio connections for the 'through audio' function that became damaged. Not detrimental to being able to use the camera fully - just a thing to be consider!

The 60 megapixel really allows for that kind of flexibility doesn't it!

Like your presentation style. Enjoyed the video and it was useful

If I only have to buy one, which one would you recommend a7Cii or a7cR?
May I ask what your rationale for getting both the cii and the cr? I currently have the cii and I’m getting the cr, I was intending to sell the cii.
at the 2:53 what camera and lens are you using?

I’m families w/ Techart Af adaptive but curious of full AF electric pass though

We test a lot of cameras when it comes to doing these videos, those shots we were sent an a1 to play with. Tyler uses an a7c II and a a7cr
what's the difference photo wise between the a7cii and the a7cr. do that look a lot different?
@@antonyb the a7cr has larger megapixel count. But if I am honest you probably when just looking at a photo you wouldn’t really be able to tell!

Some of your broll is amusingly with a full size a7(x)… have you added to the stable?
I may have - Stewart( the other guy) 😏
Adding a cage to a small camera like that makes absolutely no sense. Getting a lighter camera and adding weight…

How did you break the hotshoe? Will I be in danger if I use it with a flash trigger?
I am really careful with the trigger. It is pretty tight. It looks easy to break

how compact is it if youre using a huge lens lol
Hey it ain't that big! Just a rather larger 50mm than usual!
the battery life is very poor, like 1% per minute wtf
Nikon is soooo unnecessary
