This lovely old home was clearly built to last and looked in very good condition. Sad that the tree 🌳 was protected and the house wasn't . Awesome, explore Noah .
I really enjoy watching your video's because you take your time, show all the details in EVERYTHING. Thank You for that. This house has some really nice features.
Wow...hope they salvage the windows & doors, the brass & bronze hardware, live-edge mantle, parquet wood floor, the garage door, brass piping, the office paneling and built-in book shelves, the cedar-lining in closets, toilet & bidet, shutters, the jetted tub, vanities, ceiling fixtures, faucets, A/C units, closet cabinetry, stair railing spindles, tankless hot water heater, wine cellar shelving, etc... All could be refused and not wasted.
Such a beautiful home, it’s sad that it's being destroyed so that someone with too much money and too little taste can build some generic monstrosity in it's place. I would guess that only a small portion of the house gets salvaged and the rest just gets bulldozed. Considering when the house was built and it’s size there were more bedrooms originally and the attic was servants quarters. Keep up the good work, I love your explores.
Hello Mr. Noah my friend! ❤ 😀👋 This home is a GREAT home to tour, and its so beautiful, what a terrible shame to demolish it!! Iam happy that they are saving some things though! Thank you Noah, you are the BEST and your channel is TOO, CONGRAULATIONS ON YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS, Iam so VERY PROUD OF YOU!! 👏 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏❤ Your friend, Didi ❤👏👏👏👏👏👏 Standing ovation 👏 👏👏👏👏
Don't know about that master tub...the shutter opens into the tub...literally covering the faucet....bad design there....love the massive shower though!!
The closet that you said was a hers wasn't. The cabinet with the dowel rods was for a man's ties. The closet with the lock was for her and the safe keeping of the jewelry. Jewelry is number two in things to stolen from houses, number one is electronics. I really like your videos and I watch a lot of urban explorers. I am subscribed now and look forward to many more to come. ❤
The out side of the house looks sort of the one in home a loan idk why any one would want to let let there dream house go even if u get paid a big amount of money
That little nook in the master bathroom looks like a vanity with the mirror taken, there would be makeup and beauty aides in it or a separate vanity for jewelry. It's odd that they would put so much love and money into remodeling and not repair the roof though, sad😢
I really don't see children's bedrooms. Maybe on the third floor. Maybe?? Beautiful home. Thank you very much Noah. Love that master bath too. Can they remove the green marble, do you know? Take care. 😁
Did the original owners of this gorgeous mansion not have family that they could have left this fantastic Home to. If I inherited this Mansion there is no way I would ever sell it. No matter how much money some developer would give me for it. Who ever would want to sell it. Imagine the memories, the family, the love and happiness that once lived there. Seeing the house in here it is obvious that this was a house that was cared for and loved. So sad. 😢
Looks like brass hardware on the windows and doors. Beautiful brick home and yes what a shame. People are too dam rich for their own good to demolish a house like that. Thanks Noah!-
I'm Canadian and never heard of this house before. Update: This is a property that Justin Trudeau and Sophie Trudeau rented, prior to becoming Prime Minister. It was owned by a Banker and a little over 10 years ago was put on the market and sold. Not sure who bought it, but they didn't live there very long. The Banker/Owner, may have done alot of the updates.
Hi Noah, great video! I Got a question, when they demolish a house in Canada, who gets the scrap? Does the contractor take it? Or does it just go off of the Landfill? Because there was easily tens of thousands of dollars worth of scrap in that house😳😳😳. Have a great one! Steve.
What a beauty. I loved what was probably an original bathroom with the wallpaper and white accents everywhere. Cute! The window in it was my favorite part of the bathroom, other than being covered by vines. Vines look nice, but are a big draw for ants 🐜. No thanks! But thanks to you, Noah! Nice tour. A crying shame it’s headed to a landfill.
This is a stunning property when can l move in 😊even the back of this property made my jaw drop open 😮 what a waste of a beautiful home , l could only dream of a home like this one and inside doesn’t disappoints neither love this video thanks noah❤🏴
I couldn't imagine owning that many pairs of shoes to fill that closet. I own 1 pr of winter boots, 1 pr of running shoes and 1 pr of sandals. That's all I need to get through the year lol. I HATE that that they tear these houses down. The ONLY good thing about them doing that is that it keeps construction workers employed. Without the constant construction there would be so many out of work. Personally I would NEVER EVER leave that upstairs bathroom (the one with the big tub). My skin would be like a prune from sitting in that tub for hours lol
New laws were passed to help protect wee ones. Assets will be seized. If horrific crimes were committed on that property it can not be resold and must be destroyed.
I guess I should have waited, a dog cleaning room, you have never done a house that had a dog cleaning room, at least they had clean pets, thumbs up on that!
If that was 'ol JT's place and lived there while being the Prime Minister then that upstairs locked part wouild likely be for Gov't papers etc. The Canadian tax payer was likely paying for that home for him to live in so technically it wasn't his.
Its just greed and huge desire for status. It makes me absolutely sick at the waste in our World. How can anyone justify it to themselves.
This lovely old home was clearly built to last and looked in very good condition. Sad that the tree 🌳 was protected and the house wasn't . Awesome, explore Noah .
They will tear down a great house with good bones, only to put up some ridiculously cheaper quality and tacky McMansion.
Any modifications done when your prime minister owned it, I guarantee the people's taxes paid the bill.
I would have loved to see this house when it was lived in. What a beautiful home!! Thanks Noah 😊
Sad that they are tearing down such a well built home to put up a new one that will never be built as good as this one.
I really enjoy watching your video's because you take your time, show all the details in EVERYTHING. Thank You for that. This house has some really nice features.
I just watched Ethan's video of this house, he said it's from 1986 and the title said it was Donald Trump's house. Which is it? Lol
Click bait😢
I'm sorry, I missed where you said it was Trudeau's home?

Beautiful place, to bad its being demolished. Love the master bath with the green marble.
This mansion is gorgeous! I think it’s criminal to tare it down! Awesome video as always! 👍👍❤️✊🤘
Noah, you are so lucky you get to tour places like that.
That was awesome... thank you ❤
Beautiful house. Thanks for the awesome video
I do appreciate it. 🌻😊
What a unique home.. Very spacious . Every home you have covered, always has something unique. Fireplaces catches my attention!
How do we know this was JT’s?
Someone else posted today it's trumps. I'm not sure what these 2 are up to but it's not making me click like

so who owned it?
A very deceptive heading for this video Noah. 🤔
Hi Noah, nice to see you in the sates🙋🏻♀️🇺🇸beautiful home. Another beauty bites the dust. Take care

To bad , they didn't sell it and rebuild on another piece of land, what a shame to tear down something so nice
I love those doors
Hi Noah!❤
Wow, really loved that house. So sad it's being demolished.😢
Don't know about that master tub...the shutter opens into the tub...literally covering the faucet....bad design there....love the massive shower though!!
35:18 I bought the same TV stand in 2007 for $400 USD. Sanus system flat panel TV stand. 😀

Are used to be a crime to demolish a house like this.
Noah, if the bathrooms have bathtubs, could you please show them? Thank you.
Yayyy its Noah ❤

Imagine having so much money that you could care less about this house and the history. I wonder who that is?

Search trumps abandoned house, also posted today and you'll get to see this again
Such a nice home. Shame. Great find Noah!!!😊😊😊

You didn’t mention Trudeau in your intro. Did he actually own this property at one point as you indicated in the video title?
It seems such a shame
Justin Trudeau owned it.. that's enough reason to demolish it 😂
Ee just have far too much money in this country and so we waste and waste and value nothing!! Everything has to be instant and disposable.
I would love to have an oak study like that.
Wow, if I had known I would gve moved in and squated there. Good luck gettjng me out agajn!! Lol

Leave then

That’s an odd layout for a house
❤

The dirtbag abandons that place, why didn't he turned into housing for people to live instead of the streets.
Does he pay Spec Tax? 😂
How about we clarify who actually owned this house. Was it Trudeau or has someone else added this information?
Great waste of Canadian taxes 👌
